Had a great experience getting my blood drawn this morning. I am always super nervous to get my blood drawn because people have had a hard time drawing my blood in the past but Donna was great she got it on the first try and made sure I was comfortable. Was in and out in 5 minutes.

The lab is not the quickest. The set up doesn’t help, but plan on waiting 45-60 mins to get through registration, and then 15-30 more mins for the phlebotomist to call you. Have tried 9am, 11:30, and 1pm, shortest time for bloodwork so far is 49 minutes. They don’t let you book appointments in advance, you have to wait in a large waiting room with lots of people squeezed in. Would go elsewhere if possible.

Drove around trying to find the place since my sample orders were scheduled through the griffin labs, finally get there at 12:15pm today the 7th of May and the doors locked, but I heard voices inside, says they close at 12:30 for lunch and reopen at 1, last I checked 12:15 isn't 12:30. This is why I have trust issues with the medical field, especially Griffin, none of the staff have ever made me feel like they care enough to help me get better and my anxiety with doctors stems from Griffin. If you wanna feel cared for go to anything through Hartford Health cause Yale isn't much better either, Hartford Health has always served myself and my family well.
