I have used this pharmacy twice, and both interactions have been great. They took the time to quickly fix an insurance coverage issue on a prescription.

The pharmacist didn’t read the doctors instructions and gave me the wrong prescription. The manager Steve only wanted to tell me it wasn’t a big deal and that it didn’t need to be reported. Told me I was no longer allowed to speak and then hung up on me without fixing my problem. A pharmacist misdispensing medication is a big deal.

The pharmacy is not 24 hours that's a lie and deceptive business tactic. The pharmacy is closed every day for 1/2 hour at 130. There were 2 other people who got denied service when I was there. They should rotate shifts like normal business standards.

Everything about this CVS is a nuisance, pharmacy takes so long and messing up medication (I switched to a new pharmacy now) cashiers are almost no where around, the self checkout is a joke, the actual store part never has what I'm looking for. Do they even get shipment anymore?

I have no problem with the staff of this pharmacy.the staff has always been very helpful.It's their app and automated system they are terrible.

This CVS has to be the absolute worst. Constantly screwing up my meds or not filling them or canceling the order. Some of the staff is great, the rest are horrible. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs if you can.

Came in for 3 vacs. Very professional pharmacist. On & out in 35 minutes, including 10 minutes sitting afterwards. I always go here for my vaccinations.

I am on minute 28 of my call to simply ask a question. Some pharmacist is just ignoring the "one pharmacy call" we hear all the time in there.

The staff here are so helpful and professional. The pharmacy is fully staffed and there is not a long wait. I moved my prescriptions here from the Monroe CVS because the Ansonia store had my medication which is in short supply because they're a large 24 hour pharmacy. I waited a week for Monroe and finally called this store. They had it and I picked up in 15 minutes. I can't believe the size of the store and the pharmacy. Sure people complain it's busy but they manage the crowds well. I will go here from now on.

Mistakingly went to this CVS for my prescription and the young man with black glasses was very rude to me. Rolled his eyes at me. Didn't even tell me. I asked him to check the computer if my doctor sent in my prescription and he told me "I have no way to check the system for that". He was very nasty. Do not go to the CVS on Pershing Drive.
