I have been going to this location for gas and iced coffee for many years. I go daily before work, after work etc. Best staff ever. Unfortunately, I am moving to West Haven and the CF in Orange is absolutely the worst! Service terrible, not a clean store and machines for beverages and ice are constantly broken! I will miss this location and staff. Best CF ever and I have been to many in various locations. Happy to be moving but sad that this location will no longer be convenient for me ?

I love coming to this place not only to get my coffee but to see the beautiful smile on Karen’s face. She gave off such positive vibes. If I’m having a down day as soon as I walked in she lift me up with her welcoming greetings and positive energy. We need more people like her in the world on the planet. Karen you are meant to comfort people especially on our down days. I feel happy when I walked into the store. I will definitely tell others to come to this store and get some of your positive energy that you radiates. This is now my gas station to buy my gas not because it’s cheap but because of you. You are a people person. Thank you!

Went in for cigarettes the lady behind the counter was rude nasty I would not recommend this place to anyone there is no need to treat a customer with an attitude if you are not happy with the job as a customer service you need to find another line of work this is not for you

Avoid Pump #4. Would not pump regular gas and staff (while polite) would not reimburse difference in gas prices for 11 gallons.Called countless times but no one at any number picked up.Really shocking, and some would argue illegal.Please message directly. Thank you.

My wife just went to the store trying to get gas.ask for $20 in gas in use her card.In the pump didn't work gave her $.04 she goes back inside tell them at the register he started making fun of her and said that what she ask for 4 cents so everyone on the night shift is high she a grown woman in should be treated as such.Them kids better find someone else to play with...Going need a response tonight.....

This Cumberland Farms store is horrible! They always run out of fresh coffee which is crazy cause many people go there just for the coffee. Ice machine has been out of order for at least 6 months now if not longer. So frustrating machines are always out of order and they run out of basic supplies e.g large cups sugar straws I have emailed corporate a half dozen times with the same blah blah blah answers

Very dirty. The people are very rude. The manager doesn’t even do her job. What kind of place is it? I always go to Cumberland’s farm everywhere and they’re always nice except this one.

Most of all the employees are very nice ! But there is one girl in particular that is an above and beyond worker !!!! Her name is Natalie ! That girl is beyond nice and deserves to be employee of the year ! I won’t share why but just take me word ! Y’all need to be nice to her
