Needs new managers, not friendly, Unknowledgable and not trained very well when it comes to customer service or store inventory . I'm forced to go to a different distributor for my multiple salons. They do not care about your salons business. If you leave reviews about managers at this location they will leave a ficticious negative review anout your Salon. This is what Cosmoprof likes for their stores, robots that can't think outside the box.

My wife who owns a salon had placed an order from a week prior . The friendly , and professional staff stopped what they were doing to help asoon as I walked in . Once I explained who I was picking up product for just like magic it appeared from behind the desk . Not the first time I've been there and definitely not the last . Thank you guys for doing what you do .

The store is a normal CosmoProf. But the customer service is terrible, I absolutely dread having to come to this store. The lady with the short white hair and glasses is nothing but mean and rude for absolutely no reason. I've been coming to this store for years and she has remained the same. She should not work in this environment. I miss the old manager who sadly switched jobs. Will not be returning and would NOT recommend anyone to go to this store until she is gone.

I went here with my girlfriend. You must have a hairdressing license to shop here. There is a good selection of all kinds of products. You can get hair care, styling, coloring, clippers and any other accessories that come along with the business, including nail care and waxing stuff. The staff was friendly and helpful.
