He made the process very easy, stayed in communication with me about my car, and helped get me to the rental office. I was also able to leave the rental with him which was so convenient. The work on my car was flawless and I got some extra touch up paint. Would highly recommend working with Manny if you’re thinking about it!”

“A friend who had a great experience with Maaco ( Derby, CT) recommended it after I had an accident that left my car with a broken light, bender, bumper, and fender. I was incredible discouraged knowing how expensive body work can be. As soon as I walked in, Suzie made me feel so comfortable! She explained everything clearly and sat with me as she looked for the parts my car needed. She did everything to get me the best price for the repair. “Unfortunately, this morning my kids were on a long drive towards New Hampshire when a light came on in our new to us car showing that we had too much oil. On no notice, I called these guys and they worked my kids in, checked out the car, fixed the problem and sent them on their way. So glad we found them. They couldn’t have been nicer. I wish everybody was this helpful”
“Even though I don't plan on being hit again or getting into any car accidents, well none of us really do... but if it happened I would take my car to Carl Massafra's Auto body. Someone hit my car, ripped my bumper, damaged my fender and headlight. I didn't know where to go for repairs, so I asked my amazing mechanic. They referred me to here. That's always a good sign when your business is the reference of people in your industry! Went in. Got an estimate. Straight forward, simple, they are not scammers, nor begging for your business. They are too busy to play around. A few days later I dropped my car off. They didn't take long. They are Caring and have Excellent communication. Picked my car up and it's back to perfection!!! Even though I don't plan on using Auto Body services too often, maybe I'll see what other services they do offer lol. They did my baby right!!! I highly recommend Carl Massafra's Auto Body for all of your auto body needs!!!”

“Someone broke into my car with a huge rock and broke my window and damaged my door. J & M took great care of me. The gentleman at the front desk helped me to securely patch my window with sticky plastic until I was ready and got the job done for a reasonable price. They also cleaned the inside and outside of my car to top it off. Overall very impressed with the service and would definitely recommend.
UPDATE I STILL LOVE THE PEOPLE AT THE FRONT DESK BUT PLEASE WATCH WHAT YOU LEAVE IN YOUR CAR THE WORKERS TOOK SNACKS I BROUGHT FOR MY STUDENTS OUT OF MY CAR. ALSO I PICKED UP MY VEHICLE AND MICE DROPPINGS

This business was by far the best price and aabout half the price of some of the overpriced establishments who advertise on TV. Dave who runs this business is a gentleman and very honest, trustworthy, and a man of this word. The repair is flawless to say the least.If you have an accident and want to price out more than one quote, this may be a very good decision after a collision?”

I recently had some front end damage and a dent on a rear quarter panel to my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee and the completed work is flawless. “Fantastic place. I called them for a moderate vehicle repair going through my insurance. They fit me in to their schedule within a week, took care of the coordination of a rental vehicle immediately (literally five minutes later) after my estimate, and were extremely thorough and communicative — at every step of my vehicle’s repair, I received a text message update. I didn’t have to deal with my insurance or worry about anything related to it — in fact, they somehow got my insurance to cover aspects of my repair they were initially denying coverage for, so the only out of pocket was my deductible! I received my car back and it looked like no damage had ever occurred — and it was sparkling clean, exterior and interior. Extremely professional and you can really tell they take pride in and personally invest in the work they do. The next time I need my car repaired, I’m coming here.”

“Good experience. Had a small parking lot encounter with a concrete block that damaged my front bumper. Another shop in town quoted almost $3k to repair. Gabby's repaired it for about $500 and did a good job. It looks like new and they were open and detailed about showing the small remaining issue with some cracked plastic piece they were able to slide back into place. Work was done quickly as well. It's all check or cash only, which is a bit unusual in this day and age, but workable. Will come back if I have any future repairs”

“What a wonderful experience! It is hard to find good, reliable people these days. I can say with full confidence that Bobby is a kind, hardworking and honest individual. I had the great misfortune of purchasing a used vehicle that blew it's engine just two months into my owning it. Luckily, I had bought an extended car warranty (they're real!). I struggled to find a shop that would work with the warranty because they are difficult to work with. Bobby was totally upfront and honest with me the first time I ever spoke to him. He told me he wasn't sure he could do the work, but even so he was willing to help guide me through the process. As luck would have it, Bobby was able to do the work. This was not an easy process, but Bobby kept me informed and up to date on what was going on with my car. The dealership that I bought the car from wouldn't even begin the work on my car until 2 months from the time of the issue. Bobby had it done in a month. He was understanding and sympathetic to my situation (a mom to 2 young boys) and I know he worked hard to get the job done quickly and efficiently. I cannot recommend York Auto enough. I will be returning for any and all future car needs.”

She negotiated with the insurance company and the final cost to me was a little less than expected. A week after I picked up my car there was slight problem with one of the clips securing a panel.
