My car looks better than it did 6 months ago when I bought it new.
Along the way I spoke with Pierre, Christian, and Alex but dealt mainly with Bhowan who was amazing in answered all of my questions. Kevin did the work on my car, which consisted of Xpel paint protective film on the front bumper, fenders, hood, headlights, and mirrors. Kevin has a great eye for detail and saw a defect on my bumper while he was applying the film and thought the defect would appear more pronounced once the film was applied. After discussion we decided to have it addressed before the film was applied. The great team at Automobilia transported my car to and from the repair facility which did a great job and which I will review separately. I got the car back on Friday August 23rd, 2024 and the results speak for themselves. I am so impressed with not only the pleasant dispositions and personalities of each member of the team, but their professionalism and craftsmanship as well. Each person possesses such expertise that I knew that my car was in good hands. I highly recommend this facility and would not hesitate to visit again for future services. I was incredible discouraged knowing how expensive body work can be. As soon as I walked in, Suzie made me feel so comfortable! She explained everything clearly and sat with me as she looked for the parts my car needed. She did everything to get me the best price for the repair. I got the appointment through my insurance , check in and check out was very smooth , work done was excellent the only thing was communication, I almost called 5 times to get an update, I would have loved a proactive communication. I didn’t get my car on schedule time due to parts delivery but that was expected due to supply chain issue still going around. Overall I had a good experience.Service: Auto body & trim repair”

“Came by at 10:30am. Opens at 8:00.I PAID for a basic wash and wanted to take advantage of the free vacuuming but to my surprise the doors to car wash were closed, no one came to open it, then tried to at least use the vacuums, but were turned off, and the exit was corded off! The entrance was NOT blocked off nor any traffic cones to stop traffic. UPDATE. CAME BCK & was given a full voucher. Evidently the garbage men came and took down the traffic cones that were at entrance and didn’t replace them. Will definitely go back.”
