I dropped my quad off sometime in August. Nine months went by without them even looking at my quad. Customer service is terrible, every time I called I couldn’t get a hold of anyone. I don’t recommend anyone to drop off their bike for any reason. They killed my battery now I have to come out of pocket and buy a new one. WORST SERVICE EVER

This place has amazing customer service. If you drive any type of atv. They should be working on it. They are currently rebuilding my 2019 rzr xpt motor with all upgraded internals. It's going to be sick!!!!!

I Would recommend these guys to anyone. they are very knowledgeable and very helpful. Extremely good customer service and quick turnaround time. Definitely the best shop around.

I can't speak to the services X-Pro provides for motorsports or machining but they were a life saver for me. I was riding on a nearby bike trail when my chain broke. I didn't have the right tools to fix it on the spot so I walked my bike to X-Pro thinking maybe they could help repair the chain enough to get me back to my car 13 miles away. Not only did they take about 15 minutes from the work they were doing to help me the chain held allowing me to get back to my car safely.Just based on this experience I would highly recommend this place, really great people work there.

Great Service and friendly staff. Unless they have two locations I believe they are now located in Andover just off Rt. 6 on Bunker Hill Road.
On my ride home from work the clutch cable on my 98 Kawasaki was on its last thread. Luckily I broke down pretty close to the shop and was able to coast my way into the driveway. The guys were friendly and had no issue working on my bike. I talked with them and they service everything from Harley's to watercraft. They ordered the cable and had me riding again 2 days later.
I would not hesitate to bring my bike back the next time I need something done.
