Couldn't have been easier. Called the number and got an estimate. Davis came out <1 week later, explained the process, the steps he would take, and then he did it. Billing was simple, and we got the results a few business days after the system was installed.

Mariellen & Josh were just awesome from the start! I knew when I spoke with Mariellen in the office that her knowledge about Radon was unsurpassed. She asked a few questions and was able to schedule the Install for the following week. Josh was on time and professional at all times, answering all my questions and explaining how the sytem worked and what to expect. WITHIN 24 HOURS I WAS BELOW 4.0 picocuries per liter of air. That was just amazing and I feel great knowing the Raon levels are dropping in my home. Not only that, I think Josh actually left my basement cleaner than when he began. Thanks to A & R, I now have healthy air to breathe. Don't hesitate to call them, you won't be sorry!!!!!

They installed a radon mitigation system. I was so pleased with their quality of work. The installer was so professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company. They did an excellent job and at a very competitive cost. It was a pleasure to work with Energy Tech!

Highly recommend! This is exactly the kind of business you want on your side to accomplish the serious task of hazardous contamination removal. They helped to service my water radon filtration system. In the process, going above and beyond the help I requested to give the help I needed. This included helping with new filters, information on what filters to order and how frequently, directions on how to properly replace them, and extensive testing of the water to ensure that the system was highly functional. Every service tech and representative of this company has been very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful.

I am so pleased to recommend A & R to anyone needing radon tanks exchanged, serviced, or installed. Chris was friendly, professional, and took his time to clearly explain exactly what it was he was doing. He was not only on time for our appointment, he even called ahead of time to let us know he could come a little early. My favorite part of the experience was that this company provides a water test service in order to see whether or not we needed to have our tanks exchanged every year (or if we could do it every two years). This was an awesome value and I really appreciated A & R's efforts to save us money and time! Although radon mitigation systems aren't exactly what I'd call "fun", I am so glad we went with A & R, and I look forward to seeing Chris again in a few years.

The pump on my radon system went. The first plumber I went to told me that they no longer manufacture the pump for my system. They wanted to replace my entire system for $4k. I then called A&R. They found the pump for me and replaced it at a reasonable price. Will be going back to them for any future repairs/annual maintenance on the system.

Bought a house with a radon system installed by this company. The fan on the system is dying, noisily. Emailed the company looking for a repair weeks ago: no reply. Called on the phone today: got an answering machine, but the mailbox is full and not accepting any messages. Not great.
