WOW! I never expected these results. Justin arrive on time, was polite, competent & did the job in the time frame he had anticipated. The result was AMAZING. I had 20 yr vertical crack stemming from a basement window corner which looked disgusting after years of water leaks. Now the crack is repaired & covered neatly!! So happy with the results!!!

I have been *calling Attack A Crack since 2016 when I first came across a major foundation problem for a customer. I always intended to hire them but Luc has always been incredibly responsive, helped me problem solve, and guided me towards a solution every time without me ever hiring them. Again, not looking to promote them as a call center resource, I hope to get them work but every time I do call I’m extremely impressed and grateful for their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to helping anyone who reaches out. Attack A Crack has solved my problem of water leaking into my basement near my hatchway door. By sealing the crack with their injection process, the heavy rains are no longer a cause to worry. My basement floor is completely dry! The work was professionally and neatly done, too. Luke is honest, considerate, prompt and full of integrity. We just purchased a home and were given a list of things to follow up on by the home inspector. One of those things was our basement bulkhead which had a crack among other issues. We might’ve waited a week too long to tackle the issues because after some heavy rain, we got about an eighth inch of water in our basement. We panicked and started calling around. After sending Luke pictures of our bulkhead, he called us within 5 minutes to let us know that the crack we have wouldn’t cause the leak. He asked for additional pictures to assess, which we sent, and after assessing them, he explained that the issue we had was something we could fix without his services since it would be less costly. He instructed us on exactly what the issue was, how to go about fixing, and what materials to use. We are extremely grateful for his help and hope to work with him in the future!

Luke is such a nice person! Even though my house is too far away for them, he still calls back and patiently explains to me what the potential problems/solutions are. I only wish that I lived closer to them so I don't have to find another company to fix the problem!

Worker Justin who arrived to do the work in my basement on the Bilco pre fab stairs and concrete foundation was thorough, neat and professional. Luc, who took my original request and texted me back wanting pics and explanation as to where the water intrusion was coming in from got back to me right away. He was able to quote me a price and explain how his company’s business would resolve the issue over the phone. Luc gave me a start date to do the work. We have had much rain since this work has been done without any water intrusion. So far I am a very happy customer not having to wet vacuum up water every hour until the rain stops. Another fact that is comforting is this work is warranted for life and transferable if selling the house. So far this has been a win win for me. I would not hesitate to refer this company to anyone having water issues in their basements. Finding a company that stands by their work and representing their name speaks volumes to patrons and their customers. Great job!!!Services: Foundation repair

Honest! That is the word that best describes Attack A Crack. I had originally contacted another basement company and they told me I needed about $20,000 worth of work for a crack. I then reached out to Attack A Crack to get a 2nd opinion and they told me the crack was a basic settling crack that was not a concern or anything to be worried about. It’s nice to see a company be honest instead of looking at someone as an opportunity just to make money.

I sent photos of our concerns to the owner and within 2 hours he had reviewed them and told me I had nothing to worry about and my foundation is in good shape. I so, so appreciate the honesty and the quick response time! Would definitely use this company if we have needs in the future!
