I took my slip in to get my package. He mumbled “it’s out back”. So he walked out and I stood at the counter because why wouldn’t I? He has to bring it inside to where he was sitting when I walked in anyway. He said to me “next time when I have to go out back you have to walk around and get your package out back”. Beyond a rude tone of voice. So I said “well you were so friendly I figured you would bring it back in”. To which he replied “next time if you want your package you can walk outside and get it”. I deal with customer service all day. This same man has been rude to me before, rude to my gf, has multiple reviews on Google saying he needs to be fired. So I lost my temper and told him what I thought. Which I’m sure will negate an consequences he might get. I already refuse to order anything that gets delivered via USPS because they are open about 4hrs a day and every time you go in there it’s a problem that you are asking them to do their job. It’s sad that we live in a country where you have to be subjected to this kind of rude childish behavior just to pick up a package. I will never walk in there again until that man is gone. The city of Yoder and the USPS should be ashamed.

I visited the post office for the first time this morning. Upon my arrival three employees were standing out side, by the time I opened the door Adam was standing at the counter. He was very friendly and got my packages. The lady then came in and said that since my road is not on a county maintained road she will not tare up her vehicle so she will not drop off my packages at my house. Adam informed her that it is her job to drop them off and she still refused. Adam then asked me to fill out a form for the names of those in household to ensure my son receives his birthday/Christmas cards from grandparents. After doing so he welcomed me to the neighborhood and off I went.I really wanted to tell the lady maybe you should find another job since I’m sure package drop off is apart of her job description, maybe one with less ware and tare on your vehicle. That or invest in a 90’s Jeep Cherokee oppose to your late 2000’s mini van.

I get most postal employees are sick of bring short handed and hate their jobs, but Adam at Yoder post office is the most rude, nasty guy ever, not sure what his problem is.

This man needs to be fired period.. and everyone knows who I’m talking about. He’s like a little school girl and a big racist to my Hispanic father and me. Now he’s sending our mail back to sender just so it gets sent right back to him with a notice saying it’s correct. We built this house and upon asking the U.S. post itself, it could only happen at time of receipt.. I.e. he deliberately sent it back hoping it would be lost. (We built the house so no other name has ever lived here) What kind of joy would this give a person? We have been nothing but polite to him.. hmph

Overall the post office serves its purpose. Being a mailbox. However the employees are terrible. The employee I've encountered is extremely rude and snappy. He's an older man with absolutely no people skills. I ran in really quick to pick up some letters and he wouldn't let me ask any questions, he snapped at my puppy (I wasn't going to leave him in the car in this heat.) And there were no other customers in there. My overall trip took maybe 5 minutes inside. The counter was "broken" so my entire interaction with this man was through a crack in the employee door that was about 4 inches. If I never go here again, it'll be too soon.

Very inconvenient it’s honestly worth going to a post office in another state then dealing with this place. I can’t wait until my time at this place is done.

There is no escalation process in place for postal employees and please contact Congressional District 4 for filing a concern to Ken Buck. buck.house.gov/contact/e…This is getting out of control and something needs to be done.

Our problem is with Adam, we arrived today at 1030 and they supposedly close at 1130. We just wanted to mail out a letter with tracking and he said he refuses to help because he's afraid it's going to rain. He was taking the flag down when we arrived and said he has the right to refuse service as he wishes. We had even worse service when he was at Calhan, I wish they would fire him. He treats Women, Men, elderly, young, disabled veterans like myself and apparently any human like garbage. I could list many examples of his rude and disrespectful tendencies, but clearly it doesn't matter what he does.

I think that if a U.S. Post Office was not going to be open for business "for personal problem reasons" at the normal posted online AND on their automated telephone line hours, they should at LEAST CHANGE THE HOURS ON THE 800# PHONE RECORDING & ON THE INDIVIDUAL OFFICE RECORDING! I drove 36 miles r/t to mail a package after i had called to verify hours of 9-11a,m. then noon-3pm m-f. Closed with handwritten note on door. A car pulled up as i went in and they went in the back door so I waited for gate to open but no one ever came out of the back. Gas is precious for someone on a very tight budget. I won't go back, OR I would love a job there. This is the Post Office, you should have backup!

I looked the Yoder Post Office up online and called 800# for hours as well. Hours were 9-noon and noon til 3pm, M-F and so I drove the 36 mile trip to send a package. When I arrived at 1 pm I went in but cage was shut and locked. A car had pulled up in back and someone went in back door so I waited thinking they had to run out or something. Nothing. I yelled to the back if anyone was there (they were in the back) but no one answered. I left and did see a note on front door stating "due to personal problems will be open form 9-noon M-Sat. Great, I am on a strict budget after my husband died and now I had used a bunch of gas and couldn't mail an important package. I also have to drive to a different post office now and that IS an even longer drive. This is not good business and they should have a backup person. I could use a job. Won't go there again. At LEAST CHANGE THE HOURS ON BOTH THE 800# AND YOUR OFFICE NUMBER!

This location is in need of ALL new employees and they need hours of operation to be right and actually be open them hours i have been trying to get a letter from them for a first class mail thing put in my mailbox for almost three weeks now and I have not been able to get there when someone is working so I have narrow it down to they are there around 10 to 11 am as well as I haven't even received my electric bill and over six months I know they're sending it but it's not being put in our mailbox thank God the electric company has an app that tells me what I need to pay and someone took out our lock on our box we informed them of it so someone vandalized the mailboxes we have a cluster box and the location and Yoder made us replace the lock and have to pay for it when on multiple occasions even other people boxes in the toaster box had reported that their mailboxes have been tampered with

Excellent and delightful food, I love the mood this place has, and the staff members were nice. Will definitely come back again.

I do wish they'd close this branch. Untrained employees, malfunctioning equipment. They are open when they want to be open. Show up less than an hour before they are supposed to close? Odds are they've already gone home for the day.
