My pickup had a misfire and he said he could fix it. Took it in, paid $450 dollars, got it back and it did the same thing. Called to let them know, was told to drop it off again so I did. Called 3 xs left message no call back until the following day. Telling me they didn't listen to messages the day before. Told me it was fixed, that a spark plug wire had come loose. Went to pick it up and it wouldn't start. Acted like the battery was dead. My daughter tried starting it using jumper cables. This was in the evening no one at the shop. Got a friend's husband to help. He checked the battery, turns out the wires weren't tightened back up on the battery. Once he tightened the wires it started. Drove my pickup to work the following morning, pickup still not fixed. Did the same thing. Called the shop and left a message. Have never got a call back. I'm a widow, unemployed, having someone cheat you out of $450 doesn't feel good. All I want is to have my pickup fixed. It's my only vehicle. What's sad is this is a small town and this guy was recommended to me by a friend. Was told he was honest and wouldn't take advantage of me. Boy was I fooled.
