The literal worst post office I have ever had the pleasure of living near. I would literally rather pay three times the cost at UPS than deal with the employees here. Rude, unhelpful, lazy, unintelligent. I avoid going here at ALL costs.

I've lived in Teller CO for a long time and just went to this post office for the 1st time. Maybe it was a bad day for the lady or she hates her job. But she was so rude and unhelpful In mailing my packages that I just walked out. Makes me feel lucky to frequent the Florissant post office and the kind people there.

We live out of town and I needed to get our passport renewals in the mail. I came to this USPS branch - and oh my gracious - they are the kindness, most knowledgeable team! Erin went above and beyond helping me. They are wonderful!!!

This complaint is about our delivery lady. She rarely delivered my package and mostly gave us a slip that they attempted to deliver with no one home when I had been home ALL day. She obviously didn't attempt. She knows our home because she will delivery sometimes. And we're talking about perfect road conditions. I called to complain and the lady who answered said there was nothing they could do. We lived at this address 22 years. Before this current usps delivery lady took over, we recieved all our packages. Tranquil Archers area.

I frequent this branch often but no more. Most employees are courteous & helpful. However, Michele continues to be so rude. She won't greet you unless you speak first. Today, she told me to read the shipping options myself & pick one. She has no idea what customer service means. I will use the Tamarac branch or UPS.

The blonde older lady. Is awful. She is so unbelievably rude. I put my address on my package but you have to go in and apparently fill out a request form to request to have packages delivered to your address? What? Anyways I go to pick up my package and she tells me that it isn’t there so I travel to the other post office in the snow and Ivey roads to be told it isnt there at least they checked I guess so I go back to the main post office and wait in line so I don’t have to deal with the same rude lady I dealt with before just to be given my package that I initially came in and asked for. If I could give 0 stars I would I have been to this office numerous times and she has always been nothing but rude. In my line of work if you can’t be respectful then you dont need a job so why doesn’t the same apply for other customer service jobs? And if it was a choice I’d say save yourself the trouble but it’s not a choice to receive the packages that I need to run a business?

Picked up mail at PO Box, decided to pay and mail off a bill right away before we leave. The envelope that was provided didn't seal well so my wife went in to buy a stamp and get a small piece of tape to secure the envelope flap. The woman behind the counter said she couldn't give my wife a small piece of tape but could sell her a roll of tape... So I walked across the street to a business and asked for a piece of tape, they happily accommodated and proceeded to express that it depends on who is working that day at the post office, somedays they get their mail somedays they do not.Employees who are in a federal position just along for the retirement ride that have forgotten the customer service aspect of working with the public.

I have ordered multiple packages to my apartment and every single time it gets shipped back to the office because of incomplete address info. I have given my complete address every single time, and every time i call they give me attitude and are very rude.

I had to wait 20 minutes behind 2 people in line for 3 postcard stamps.
