The rudest staff, claim you don’t have an appointment after showing multiple screenshots and emails proving my appointment. Nothing but absolute push back over a passport. The woman up front should lose her job after hearing how she speaks to people.

March 2024 WP had snowmegeddon. If you live here you know what I’m talking about. Some neighborhood PO boxes were buried under 3’ of snow, for days. And just because we had tons of snow, that didn’t stop mail and packages from flooding into Woodland Park. All this to say, IMO the staff at this post office - from inside employees to mail carriers - did an amazing job of getting mail delivered as soon as they could, and being cheerful and helpful in spite of lines and backup for days. Thanks, all of you. I for one am impressed and grateful!

Staff are supposed to be well trained and knowledgable on passport processing but obviously lacks this as I insisted on sending my minor's passport with their renewal form (as the form/instructions stated) but rather only sent the birth certificate because this is "what they want for all minors" as stated from the USPS employee....well I just got a notice to send in the passport so now the processing time has obviously been extended and I now have to pay separate postage for this. Thanks a lot!

Avoid for walk in passport applications. Walked in during the passport 2-3pm designated time and waited in line until right at 3pm and was turned away when we got to the desk because they needed “15 minutes per application” and they wouldn’t have time (we had everything ready for two kids applications). Nowhere on the website was this requirement notated. Clerk at the front (female, dark hair, glasses and tattoos) was rude, condescending, and offered no solutions. There appeared to be another gentlemen with friendly demeanor but did not get to interact with him.

Great experience getting a passport. The office itself was not crowded and the help was friendly and knowledgeable.

Went to get a passport done with appointment. We had all our documentation ready and filled out, but the lady at the counter refused to process us due to her attitude. Colorado Springs processed us correctly with no issues, same documents.

I've never had a problem with shipping, returns, or service for the 9 years I've been here. Always polite and timely.

Waited over an hour to be helped when I was only second in line, needed help with my mail delivery that’s been missing and when it’s finally my turn , mind you I was very patient the entire time) the very rude lady MICHELLE rolled her eyes when she went back to look and came back and told me I can’t be helped that I needed to be on lease to get mail which is funny since I’ve already received mail before. I guess they pick and choose what gets delivered to me.I did change my address too she just wanted to help passport applications first. They should have 2 people assisting and also a nicer woman, instead of her passive aggressive attitude with me. I will be furthering my complaint.
