I've overall had good experience with your store, but I will no longer be going there till you get your parking lot fixed. It was bad a year ago, it's unmanageable now. How you let it get to this point is insane. My car now scrapes the pavement with how deep and how many pot holes are around. We live in a mountain town but not everyone has high sitting vehicles. Please get with the neighbors and figure something out. Every vehicle I see in that area is swerving around the massive holes in the ground.

Michael in the wine section is a gem! He was so knowledgeable about the wines when we made an inquiry that we bought three bottles instead of the one we intended to purchase. We loved the way the shelves were arranged as well. My husband and I will definitely seek him out when in Woodland Park again!

Convenient location. Great produce section! Good variety of grocery items - I can find almost everything I need and want. Decent prices. Ordered a cake from the bakery - the employee was very pleasant and helpful, particularly by helping me select an item without our food allergens. Beautifully decorated! A Starbucks is inside if you want some coffee to go or while you are shopping. I usually do not do self checkout but it's easier sometimes because there aren't many other lanes open. When I was there at night, the only option was self checkout. If more check out lanes were available, I would have given five stars. Customer service matters.

Okay everybody the one star is not for the store. It is for the store manager Adam. I have been going here for about 3 years now cuz I don't like any other store. But I walked in one day and he stood within about 2 ft of me and didn't even smile didn't even say hello didn't even greet me with any type of a nice greting which I think was very rude especially when I spend a lot of money there just like everybody else. I dont know if you're reading this Adam but you need to step it up buddy and be nice to your customers. Cuz if it wasn't for your customers you wouldn't have a job. In fact why don't you look for another job so this way we don't have to see you're ungrateful face. In fact I believe this is the first time out of couple I've seen him in maybe a year come out of that hole in the wall. Have a nice day....

I HATE SAFEWAY. Digital Coupons, inserting phone numbers and tracking software. Let's all head over to WALMART where everyone pays the same price(much less) and poor people don't need smartphones to get discounts, no phone numbers needed and you can purchase just about everything from TV's, paint, clothes, and outdoor goods. Bonus, you can even wear pajamas!

What a great store! Very nice and clean. My biggest shock is the selection of seafood and fresh meat! FINALLY found a giant bag of beef fat to render down, and fry up some french fries, old school McDonald's style. The employees are friendly and helpful. There's also a Starbucks inside!
