When you have as massive of hail damage that we experienced in Cripple Creek this year, you should expect a long wait to get on the auto body’s schedule. And it was worth the wait! Michelle and Lance were tremendous, I upgraded my hood, the pdr and traditional dent repair look amazing and they did a great job with the paint and dealing with the insurance company (and me). Highly recommend these professionals! Thanks for everything!

Very professional team. Took care of immediate needs, ( replaced my taillight while I waited for parts to arrive.) Scheduled my repair. Estimated duration of repair. Met the estimate. When a part arrived that was incorrect, they delivered the truck as promised; then, had me come back in for 10 minute final repair. Truly, not what I have become accustomed to. I will use only them as long as I live here.

I am leaving a five star review for this business, not because they did anything for me, but because they told me they couldn't get to my car for TWO YEARS!! I think it is just fantastic that business is so good and that their services are in such demand that they are two years out to help a new customer.I'm not mad so don't mistake this review as such. I would never drop a "one star review" just to spite a business owner. Times are hard, and it's tough on small, family run businesses. I know all businesses would love to be booked out for two years. Happy for you all.

Lance, Michelle and everyone at Pikes Peak Auto Body were so easy to work with. My car had to get repaired after it was hit, just what was thought to be a small dent, when they took the door off they saw inside the door was damaged and I needed a new door. Lance contacted the insurance company after they had only agreed to 4 hours of labor and I got a new door. Great company easy to talk to and would definitely use them again.
