Title: A Disappointing Experience at Phillips 66 Gas Station - 1 StarI visited the Phillips 66 gas station today, hoping for a smooth and hassle-free fueling experience. Unfortunately, I was met with a severe lack of assistance when trying to get my pump to work.From the moment I arrived, it was evident that the staff was indifferent and unhelpful. When I encountered issues with the pump, I approached one of the attendants for assistance. To my dismay, they seemed disinterested and barely acknowledged my concerns.As a customer, I expect a certain level of service, especially when dealing with technical difficulties at the pump. However, my efforts to seek help were met with complete indifference, leaving me feeling ignored and frustrated.It is disheartening to witness such poor customer service, especially from a reputable brand like Phillips 66. I had hoped for a better experience, but unfortunately, this visit has left a lasting negative impression.In the future, I will be hesitant to return to this particular Phillips 66 location and will reconsider my options when choosing where to fuel up. A gas station's reputation and customer service play a significant role in my decision-making process, and this disappointing encounter has certainly affected my perception of the brand. There is a loaf and jug with the road with better pumps and staff that cares.
