Once communication was established with the urgent need for a technician at the site, the intermittent internet connection issue I was having was seamless. The staff on call at the hour of desperation, came out, fixed the issue, showed me what to look for in the future so I can communicate more clearly what’s taking place. Office management was nothing less than kind and patient with me as well. Thank you Vero.

Nolan was great (sorry I didn’t remember both of your names - is it Joe?)! We already had fiber installed at our new house and they came to set up our router - they weren’t bothered by our Great Dane puppy who was doing everything in her power to eat every single cord they had, they were both professional and polite.

From the start, they were professional and responsive. After requesting service, they showed up the next day, did hardware installation and configure, and i had blazing fast internet immediately. The gentlemen who did the service were friendly and totally competent. I highly recommend Vero Fiber.

I was a customer with Peak View Internet. When they got bought out by Vero, my autopayment did not transfer over and I was not notified of this untill 8 months later and $420 in backpayments owed. I only found out when I called in to cancel my service due to a change in address. I do not understand how I could go 8 months without being notified that my payments were not being made. I was initially told that I could make payments in whatever way worked for me, but then told that it had to be completed within 5 months. I am very frustrated and disappointed by the negligence of this company.

Vero has been really great. Establishing new service in a rural area can be a challenge. Thankfully, Vero has great customer service! Really grateful to the team at Vero for adressing all my concerns.

I was scheduled for an internet install. I received a phone call from Corlona, a service representative from Vero Internet. She told me the installer had been at my location but was turned away by someone saying or acting like they weee the manager and/or at least somebody that was able to make decisions at the apartment complex.To make a long story shorter this person did not have that authority. Corlona was very patient, understanding and professionally helpful in instructing me what to do. I was able to get a site manager and owner to approve the installation and to call Corlona on her direct line so I can get the installation rescheduled. Corlona was great !!Sincerely Randy Emerson

My agent was very helpful in getting me back into my account as well as assuring me that I had the right debit card on file. Very pleasant to work with and handled it all in a timely manner!
