Said they tested my starter twice. I bought a new starter and it wasn't my starter. It was something else that was gone wrong on my car. Went to take it back and they said that they already turned my core in and that I can't get a refund.

I needed to replace my parts as soon as possible, so I went to the O'Reilly Auto Parts in Woodland Park. The staff was so friendly and helped me out of my situation like it was their own. Thanks to their efforts, I was able to get home safely. If you're looking for auto parts with great customer care, O'Reilly Auto Parts is the place for you. They are very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend the store and the staff to anyone!

Got stranded in Woodland Park when my driveshaft carrier bearing failed. Called around different parts stores and got very little help when I gave them the submodel of the truck, they said they couldn't find anything and let me go.
Then I called this location to check if they had anything, and Miguel picked up. He hit the same roadblock, but rather than give up, he asked me more questions. We were able to narrow it down and find a couple of options for a driveshaft that would fit. He never pushed me to get the more expensive one, gave me multiple options, and gave me a solid timeline for delivery of parts.
Customer service like that is harder and harder to find these days, and Miguel saved me from having to tow my truck to the dealer.
Update: This store, and Miguel in particular got me home THE NEXT DAY when other parts stores in town were telling me they could get the right parts the next week. I had an apparently uncommon for the area configuration on my truck between the bed length, cab style, wheelbase, engine, trans, and trim level (F-150 XLT w the supercrew, 6 1/2 ft bed, 5.0 6 spd) It's a touristy area and I guess the locals have higher trims w short beds.
Other parts stores just looked up that specifically and told me it would take 4-9 days to get a driveshaft. Napa told me over a week, Advance sold me the wrong part (I had to MacGyver a fix to get me and my girlfriend to a hotel), and AutoZone told me 4 days.
This store however, Miguel did extra digging and found parts that fit the same cab/bed/wheelbase/drivetrain, but for a King Ranch trim package that could arrive the next day. Sure enough, Miguel put in the order at 8:15 pm, the part arrived at 9 AM the next day, it fit like a glove, and I was able to drive home and 1000+ miles later I'm still driving on the parts that I bought here. The service here and the extra mile these employees put in saved my weekend and got me what I needed sooner. A++

It’s always been a pleasant experience coming here. Staff is always friendly. I’ve had the least amount of issues going here compared to other parts stores in Woodland.

I was at the counter being helped by Devin and the phone rang. 100% of the time I call I get put on hold. But no. Devin decided to leave me at the counter for over 5 min to sit and help the person on the phone. Unacceptable. Very rude and unprofessional

Good place for oil and they even recycle your old oil!
Came in today for parts for my steering gear, Jeremiah and Troy were great! They were able to apply some rewards I have even when corporate wouldn’t resolve whatever.

Update March 2024:OKAY this store has redeemed itself and is a FULL 5 STARS!!! Excellent excellent staff and customer service!Past Reviews:They are great with getting the needed parts delivered to Woodland Park very quickly, their prices are fair, and the employees are very helpful when you call or are in the store.Update January 2023:The customer service has greatly declined here. When you order parts that come up from Colorado Springs they may arrive that day, the next day, or 3 days from now....and this location does not call you anymore to let you know the part is in. There are a few employees that just blantantly ignore you, and I don't want to say it's because I am a woman....but can't help but feel that way. They seem surprised I know car parts, and tend to dismiss me. The only employee I have consistent quality service from is Shawn/Sean....we talk about Ford trucks and parts! He is very helpful and responsive!Updated May 2023:Well...Anthony the manager restored my faith in this store and rating went from 3 to 5 stars! Kudos Anthony! He was patient and made sure I got exactly what I came for. In addition, he was very polite and professional and was handling 3 customers at one time, and still managed to be attentive to all!Updated July 2023:Have to say that this location has renewed my faith in them! Customer service had really started to dive there for awhile, but things have changed....for the good. They call when parts come in that have been ordered, they have people willing to help find parts in the store, and attitudes are much improved!Update August 2023:I wish this location was more consistent. There are times this place is very helpful and the staff are great, and there are times that the staff are just rude and dismissive. This past visit was the rude and dismissive with Anthony, manager. Please don't talk to me like I am an idiot because I don't know the layout of the store.

we have a particular car, so we didn’t find exactly what we needed but the service was unmatched, and they directed us to the place that had exactly what we needed. Would definitely recommend!

My visit this time was just to return a core. I bought a new alternator in Lincoln Nebraska. Of course I lost the receipt, but all the info was under my phone number. In and out with my $70 core charge put back in my credit card in about 2 mins. I'm always able to get in and out of this store quickly. Not one time have I wanted to take over their computer and look up what I need myself. They always seem to have people working that understand it doesn't matter if my truck is 2wd or 4wd when all I need is some wiper blades. Other parts stores I dread going into sometimes, but not this one.
