Dennis, the new owner of Glastar Auto Glass, has been amazing to me! I was a carry over client and Dennis has honored the 1 year of chip repair on my new windshield and been so honest and helpful to me!!! He has made several trips out of his way to repair my windshield before I headed out on weekend trips and has always been kind, courteous, and professional! Thanks so much Dennis for the repairs, I will be a Glastar customer as long as I am in the area!!!

Stay FAR AWAY from company!! The owner showed up three hours late to our scheduled appointment. The windshield he installed was not put in properly. And damage was done to the inside of my truck. He made excuses for his mistakes and wasn't going to mention the damage done to my vehicle. Once I told him I wasn't happy with his work and called him on the damage that was caused he got in my face in a threatening manner and asked what did I expect on a 20 year old truck! This company is not one I recommend and sincerely regret the choice I made by allowing them to work on my vehicle. I know have to get another windshield and a new headliner for the vehicle.

Randy Glastar is an absolute pro. He came to my work and installed an OEM windshield perfectly and quickly in my M3. He was willing to help me file the claim with my insurance company, but the cash price was so good I elected to take care of it out of pocket. I normally do all my own work just because I don't trust anyone to touch my car, but Randy is my glass guy.

The absolute worse customer service experience I have ever had! They did not show up at the scheduled time, not a phone call or message to let me know that they would not be able to make it!!! I finally called at 3:00pm (my scheduled window was 9-12), to ask where they were ...after I wasted my entire day waiting for them... I got yelled at by the most incredibly rude employee and hung up on. Not even an apology for not keeping their commitment! I cannot believe they run business like this. I have never written a review ever, that's how bad they treated me!

Glastar? More like Assfart, because this place is a bum hole. And a joke. And an abomination to honest small businesses across this country. I'd rather drive around with a windshield that I repeatedly smashed a hole into with my own face than deal with the hillbilly douchekings at Pain-in-my-Glastar, where customer service and quality work is what they're Last-For. Pour up a Glass-For every traumatized customer of Glastar, and make it strong. Glastar needs a Pastor to forgive them of their many sins. This is the first review I've ever written, and I know it's not very substantive, but hopefully it helps spare at least one poor soul from choosing Glastar: Master of Disaster

This place is horrible!! I would not recommend or go with this company ever again. I would rather drive with a broken windshield than deal with them again. Mike parked over half his vehicle on my grass without asking, this is weird since we have a huge driveway that can accommodate ten or more vehicles and there was only one there.. Mike never asked me to drive my vehicle, just asked for my keys while I was on the phone with my insurance company. I assumed he was either checking miles or something like that. He started it and immediately backed up with great acceleration on the pedal. This made a huge sound from my vehicle when it went into gear. I always warm up my vehicle at least a few seconds before moving it. That's my decision, it's my Vehicle. That was the beginning of him tearing apart my vehicle, leaving mud everywhere when he got into my vehicle,folding my license plate back, leaving my windshield messy and grimy... and just being very rough with my baby... This man does not take pride in his work, and just wants to get paid.The second he knew it was from my insurance company and was already paid for he was like a neanderthal driving my vehicle and taking out the windshield..I mean who does not even ask before driving a person's vehicle??? Auto tech maybe, but a windshield repair company?? I would have been more than happy to place my vehicle exactly where he needed it but to just take it without asking, and driving it rough is crazy..just because you know how to install a windshield in a does not give you the right to just drive a vehicle without asking or informing.
