My sway bar came off, they repaired along with a few other issues. My car now drives great and extremely happy with their service. Always take my cars to them have used them for over 10 years, would certainly recommend them.

Second visit here for a coolant flush on my off road rig, they inspected and provided pictures of things that need repair outside of the flush. Had an ac system vacuum and recharge on my daily. Car is now blowing cold air. Customer service was excellent! Johnny remembered me from my first visit and the team won't steer you wrong.

I had a stellar experience with Bad Rock Auto. While making an emergency stop nearby after my car’s radiator leaked, the owner came over and asked if I needed help. The service manager gave my car a thorough inspection and coolant, free of charge. When it became apparent that there was a larger issue, I was able to get an appointment for the next business day and the team diagnosed and repaired my car in a timely manner. Their kindness, courtesy and customer service were exceptional. A huge thank you to Johnny, Gabriel, and the rest of the team for getting me back on the road safely!

I was told by friends to stay away from Nad Rock Auto but also heard the new owner was trying to turn things around so gave it a shot. They get a 2-star review for helping me feel confident they would find out why my SUV’s front end was vibrating. They did an alignment check, brake check, and changed the oil. When I picked it up, I was told the vibration was probably caused by my radial tires. Huh?? It got worse so a friend recommended Tire World. I needed new struts and the brake rotors were warped. I called Bad Rock to relay the info and was told although they had a new owner, they had the same mechanics. I wish I had the same experience the others have had who have given 5-star reviews but I didn’t. Was told the owner would contact me but never heard from him. Perhaps my review will help other women. I’m so disappointed ?♀️

Our transmission died, while on vacation in the mountains of Colorado. Within a week we were safely on the road with a new one AND they washed my van, too. My husband mostly dealt with Ben who seemed to go above and beyond to help us get home and we are grateful to him and everyone else who did a fantastic job. We drove almost 900 miles home without incident in a van that felt like new. You guys rock!

This is the place you want to do business. Service or auto purchase. The owner, Todd, is a very fair, genuine, decent, trustworthy and honest person. Also his entire staff, from Johnny, the G.M., and right down to every employee, are the same.

They were able to get my vehicle done in one day. They figured out the problem, got the part ordered and installed all in one day. No surprises on the bill when I paid. Everyone was friendly and nice to work with. I will use them again!!

During a recent vacation to Woodland Park on 3-14-24 during the snowmageddon my 2013 GMC 2500HD found it self in serious trouble. My transfer case cracked completely in 1/2, front drive shaft bent, yoke plate, and u joints were destroyed in front diff. I was limited in knowledge of repair shops in the area. I live 1000 miles away. I spoke with Ben at Bad Rock on the phone about my situation and he was very willing to assist. Once the mountain road was cleared of the 44” of snow I took a chance and my son in law followed me to drop off the truck (left the state the next morning. Ben sent a report of the damage (exactly what I expected, my wife can confirm) by the time I arrived home. We spoke on the phone again i gave notice to proceed. Throughout the entire process these were standup folks. We never met face to face but had as I would like to say “good old boy” trust. Once they completed repairs in a very timely fashion, I made arrangements for a haul company to pick up and deliver to my residence. Ben and Johnny both were willing to work with me on the schedule. Truck arrived to my residence, I test drove and looked over top to bottom. Couldn’t be any happier with the repairs and fair price for them. I am a very able person who could do the repairs but was very far from home. Outstanding Business, FIRST CLASS customer service. I will recommend to anyone in the area!
