First time at Bad Rock having them work on my 07 Acura. Worked with Christian and he was awesome the entire way, explaining everything and answering all my questions. Car work is expensive but the sting is a lot less painful if you know the work is being done right. Plus a decent warranty on labor and parts is very helpful
