I've told Debbie since day one of me opening my account back up I'd give a revie(I'm from Wyoming, and some of you guys think the service is bad in the winter park location... I highly digress) so here it goes 7+ months later?
I can't say enough good things about this place! The staff is always friendly and very accommodating. Debbie helped open up my account with the best options to optimize helping my credit score go up,

Banker Paulina refused to do her job, even after she personally called asking what needed to done for my appointment. Knowingly that I had to drive almost an hour to get to this branch. She seemed to think with her words that her job and her time was more important than mine. Could not take responsibility for knowingly wasting my time once again driving to that branch just to get basic banking services. I will consider closing all of my accounts with WF since this is the closest branch to me and can’t get basic banking services. Please view surveillance video of how long it takes to do basic service.

Not impressed by the customer service. I don't need tellers lecturing me every time, they can't seem to understand sole props/DBA accounts. Perhaps the staff should have some basic training on entity types and customer service.

I am a long time customer with multiple accounts. Today I went in to get something notarized. 5 employees standing around doing nothing and no one in line, but I was told to come back later because they were too busy. Terrible customer service.

Walked in for a couple of questions. Couldn't help me told me to call the 1 800 number on the back of my card. Great customer service!!

I made an appointment online, it asks what for. I write to close my brokerage account. I get there, I wait. They then say they can't do brokerage accounts, I wait again and am given a number that "might work."

The only reason you get 2 stars is because of the cashiers. Otherwise the banker is condescending and rude.

I went to the bank to open a checking account and the clerk had me speak with a banker, Steve. Steve told me it would take an hour to open the account and he only had 45 minutes available. He said we could get started and finish at a later date. He then asked for my drivers license and I showed him my license on myColorado app on my phone. He told me that he needed a physical license.I went home and opened an account online. It took approximately 5 minutes to complete and I did not need a drivers license. Interesting.

Save yourself a headache and use one of the other local banks in the valley. Lots of options including other national banks if you need that service.
