I’m an east coast skier who has been through 2 pairs of boots this season that have given me arguably one of the most painful ski seasons of my life. As we know out west the skiing gets more tricky and hard with not a lot of flat groomers to find. I skied one day on Mary Jane and my feet were wrecked. I went to Le Feet Lab where they gave me the best service anyone could ask for. A full foot diagnostic and even massage. Thanks to Dan and Jacqueline they hooked me up with a custom foot bed, liner, and a brand new shell. Because of them I could really ski to my full potential pain free. I recommend Le Feet Lab 100/10 times and they really treat you like family.

I bought a new pair of boots at Le Feet last winter and skied on them for three days then and one day this year. They just killed my feet. I took them back and Dan resized and replaced the shell and since then they’ve been great! I’m so happy with the customer service.

I was having trouble with my current ski boots not fitting correctly and was looking to purchase new boots. Le Feet was recommend to me by a friend. I went in for a fitting and purchased the ski boots. I went skiing a few times and I was having problems with the fit. I called in and scheduled an appointment. Jacqueline was awesome she took the time to figure out a new insert that would be a better fit for my feet. I was super impressed. Thank you!

Custom boot fitting is a continuous process. It takes time and effort. You buy boots from these guys and they will put in the time and effort to get those boots perfect.

I highly recommend Le Feet Lab to anyone considering getting ski boots fitted/molded. I was on the fence given the price but Jacqueline and Jacques went above and beyond to make the experience a great one and the investment absolutely worth it.I was traveling to winter park for a 5 day ski trip and stopped in upon arrival day one to get the process started. I made an appointment about a month ahead of time - definitely a must if you plan to visit during peak season. Also bring your patience with you - it’s not a quick process and it’s a small family owned business, but they work super hard to make sure everyone is getting a great boot fit. Milage will vary on how well your fit goes - my boyfriend who also was fitted for boots only needed one minor tweak to feel comfortable after a day of skiing, whereas I had to stop in 3 more times for adjustments - it just depends on your body. They were very accommodating in making adjustments and made it clear they will work with you until you are happy. One word of warning - the first day of skiing in the boots can be a bit rough. After day one I was worried very about getting to a point where I was comfortable but after the first adjustment I was in much better shape.TLDR; fantastic boot fitters, recommend for anyone considering making the investment.

Wonderful attention to every detail necessary to transform my boots from dreaded torture devices to custom fit comfort. They moved and removed plastic in every spot that I asked, and I feel like they undercharged me for such a valuable service. I was about to buy a new pair of boots.

Jackie and her team are incredible. They start by making a custom foot bed for your ski boot so that you start your fitting with a solid base. I brought my old boots in and at first we tried to make those work with a new set of liners. The custom liners didn’t fit in them so I ended up opting for a new boot with a custom liner. I’ve been back to the shop a few times to dial in the fit and they really listen and help you get the fit you want. I have so much more control in my new boots! I highly recommend this place if you have a hard time find ski boots that fit just right this team will help you out.

Absolutely the best, most-personalized, caring service I’ve had at any store. Of course, it wasn’t a foot massage, it was custom-fitted ski boots! This review auto-populated “foot massage” and I couldn’t remove it. Anyway, I bought these boots here five years ago. My foot has changed with age and the owner personally remolded the boots to fit my new foot—at no additional charge. If you get boots anywhere else, you are making a mistake. Even if you don’t ski Winter Park, you should get boots here.

I came to Le Feet seeking a solution to my ill fitting boots - I could ski full days but they hurt. I was fortunate to work with Jacques who minced no words in telling me that the boots were too big, nothing could fix that and I had to get a new pair. My new boots are two sizes smaller! I ended up paying about $1300 for my Lupo AX 120s with zipliners and custom footbed, a little more than the one grand price tag that had been indicated to me. While the price difference rankled me for a few days after purchase, I need to say that the boots have made a huge difference in my skiing just like Jacques had said - I could feel the increased responsiveness of my skis in the first few turns. I no longer have to lean super far forward to initiate turns. Jacques is a master of his trade and it is apparent how much he cares about his craft. I value the pro tips I got about boot wear and care - no long johns below boots, only thin socks and I ended up buying the heated boot bag as well. The heated bag made the break in much much easier than it would have been otherwise - the first day I couldn't ski beyond an hour with un-heated boots. In the end, my boots feel extremely snug around my feet and I'm grateful to have worked with Jacques.

Went to winter park for a ski trip and found out from a different boot fitter in the area that the boots I had were too big for me. They didn't have anything in my size, so they recommended Le Feet Lab. They got me in for a fitting same day and were extremely accommodating. Jacques, Jaquelyn (sorry if names are misspelled) and the rest of the staff are very knowledgeable, accommodating and helpful. I had new boots custom fitted and took them on the mountain the next morning. I went through three adjustments while I was out there and they diagnosed and solved the issue in about 10 minutes or less. All technicians working in the shop are very capable, so you will get a great fit no matter who's working on your boots. Also, if you're lucky you'll meet the shop dog, Wyatt! The service offered here is top notch. I've never felt more connected to my skis and the boots are extremely comfortable.The price is higher than grabbing boots at REI, but you definitely get what you paid for. One other thing to note is this shop exclusively sells dalbello boots, but they can work on any other boot and do whatever they can to fit them better to you. Dalbello is a great brand from Italy and the boots are fantastic. My wife also has a pair of dalbello boots and loves them. So it's really more of a brand preference thing to be aware of.Thank you to Le Feet Lab for equipping me with some awesome boots to shred the pow, glades and bumps!

I got zipfits online (don’t do this) I went here to get my zipfits fitted because at home methods didn’t work (who knew). They have worked to address every issue in my foot. I have been back a couple times to address pressure points. The people that work in the store have been doing it for a long time and are good at it. I will not go anywhere else to get my boots fitted.

I recently purchased a new pair of boots from Le Foot. I skied on them 7 days and they still were a little uncomfortable. They swapped them out for a brand new pair without any questions. If you are serious about having comfortable ski boots without sacrificing performance then you should visit this store. They are really professional and will make sure they get it right.

If you ask Winter Park ski instructors where they go to have their boots tuned, Le Feet Lab will be the answer 99% of the time. After 22 years, my Head World Cup Boot liners wore through in the ankles. Thanks to the team at Le Feet Lab, I am skiing again in my favorite boots. For a very reasonable price, they custom-molded Dalbello ID Pro liners in less than an hour. I was prepared for days of agony on the slopes adjusting to the new liners. Instead, I walked out with a perfect fit and enjoyed 5 days of pain-free skiing with my kids! What a blessing. Le Feet Lab is a great family business run by expert skiers that have an unmatched knowledge of skiing mechanics and anatomy. Thank you all your competence and kindness!
