Terrible is giving them too much credit. First let me clarify, this review is for Beaver Village Management Company, not Beaver Village Condos. This company promised much and delivered nothing. They made up lies about our association, our members and what they said they would do and didn't. They said they would handle a capital improvement project, they didn't even start it and it their lack of action on project resulted in significant damage to the property. The only positive thing I can say is they didn't steal our money and based on their incompetence on everything else, I can only presume they were not capable of pulling it off. They never once shoveled our property as contracted, did not answer calls, did not return calls, told vendors they were supposed to pay that they should charge the association late fees. Who were they looking out for, their vendors or their clients? If you want your property mismanaged, go with BVM, I can guarantee you won't be disappointed. Zero stars should be an option.

Did not pay bills for our HOA and made up stories about the owners. The owner is generally dishonest and incompetent. This incompetence resulted in structural damage to our property. They have the lowest price in town, but it is definitely not worth it.

Our condo room was updated except one complain, our first night was frustrating because the bed sheet and pillow case was smell and dirty. We called the front desk and asked to bring us a new bed linen and pillow case lol! the rest of utilities were fine and updated.The pool and Hot tub unit was new and clean but the sad thing is they were close the pool around 4:45pmAnyway we and our friends enjoyed our stay here so quiet and peaceful .

This is a management company in Grand County and NOT a condo or rental as everyone seemingly thinks.That being said, it is the most unprofessional organization I have ever dealt with. There are no words really to describe the incompetency, unprofessionalism and seemingly ineptitude that this organization displays. One star is the minimum otherwise zero. If your property is managed by this group, I wish you the best of luck and unlimited patience because they seemingly could care less about their home owners, following up on anything and doing what they say they are going to do. Even if you ask for a bear minimum from them.

We LOVE Beaver Village! Our family has rented at Beaver Village for our Winter Park CO vaca many times over the past 30 years. Beautiful setting. Always clean and comfortable and a quick walk to town.

I used to work here nearly 20 years ago... it hasn't changed a bit... which is probably not a good thing. So many memories made here it'll be a shame to see it torn down!

The worst property management company EVER. Their incompetence is criminal. Do NOT engage these clowns! I only gave them one star because it is required to post this.Couldn't figure out how BVM's score was as high as 3.5. Discovered that any high scores they received were because people were leaving scores for Beaver Village condos - not related in any way to the miserable property management company. Remove these and BVM's scores would be much, much worse. Don't be confused by the 3.5! They are NOT anywhere near that good.

Stayed at Beaver Village condo complex just this past week with a ski and board club. Showed up super excited to ski and have fun in Winter Park. The entire time in the complex,however, we felt extremely targeted by the staff. On the first night, our room received three noise complaints from security. We had five people over (with six originally staying in the room) and were playing music and games. The first time security came, we lowered our volume considerably and continued to chat in the living room area. The second time, security told us that everyone not residing there had to leave. Two guys came back to get their jackets, and security came up a third time, telling us if we didn't quiet down they would call the police. We were sitting in our living room chatting. We believe they saw the guys come back in to get their coats, and so they came up to harass us again. They continued to sit in a truck outside of our condo for another 45 minutes, making all of us girls feel very unsafe. The receptionist also would not allow us to have beverages of any sort by the pool (even water; I could not bring in my Pedialyte that I needed as I was experiencing altitude sickness and dehydration) because they suspected it to be alcohol. The pool rules did say no alcohol, but it did not say anything about water or other drinks. We believe, once again, that the staff was targeting us. Some kids from Texas also were staying at the complex, and were having similar issues with the staff. Over 15 of our rooms alone were visited by security for many times unwarranted noise complaints. Lastly, upon leaving, our room was charged $250 for noise complaints and "pot smoking". Not one of us had weed in the room during the entire week. We were also never made aware that we could be fined for noise complaints; the rules sheet said we could be removed upon the preference of the staff after one warning, but a fine was never mentioned. If I would give Beaver Village a 0/5, I would. We were unnecessarily harassed and targeted by security and staff, considerably detrimenting our stay. We were treated as if we were "lower tier guests", as if we did not pay a ton of money to stay there. Extremely disappointed.
