It seemed a like a decent store to be honest. We had an issue with a discount that we needed applied and the manager was able to help resolve the problem. Pretty empty and short lines when we were in.

I have never been treated by someone so poorly as I was today but the pharmacist who was working. I called about some prescriptions for my husband and was told that they would not give it to me and that insurance rejected it. Before I could even ask what insurance they had listed for him he just said “ I’ll transfer you to the insurance line”… click.. no verifying insurance nothing… this place is the worst

We will no longer be coming here. I have called in for my dogs meds. We called over a week ago and they still can’t do this. I am no longer going to be getting any meds from here.

This used to be the absolute best service I was used to now this pharmacy barely ever has what I'm needing and it takes days to get it in they don't communicate and I go by today after they're being a line 5 mi long the other day trying to get my prescription that I really need and it just has a sign that says pharmacist not on duty how many other businesses do you think would stay in business if they just said the person's not on duty and it's during business hours! I sincerely hope and I want for this location to improve and get back to the level of service they used to have because this is totally unacceptable!

The pharmacy staff at this location is extremely rude, unprofessional, and seems oddly delighted in being so unhelpful. I called to ask a basic question and was treated like garbage. When I asked to speak with the pharmacy manager; (Jodi Johnson), she came on the line and was even more unprofessional and abusive, mocking me, and completely disregarding my concerns; excusing the employees behavior and unprofessionalism; stating they are short staffed and busy; then simply hung up on me. When I got to the store I decided to record the interaction/transaction as proof of the abusive behaviors I've experienced from the pharmacy staff on more than one occasion, yet continued to stay loyal to the company. The footage I obtained says it all, especially me kindly asking for the managers name and Jodi Johnson overhearing the employee giving me the information, looking at the screen realizing it was the person she so rudely dismissed over the phone, then began laughing with her staff, and calling me names. (The employee didn't hang up the phone properly)
In addition, Jodi Johnson had the audacity to get on the phone and very abruptly told me I needed to move out of the way and threatened to file a claim for harassment. I calmly let her know that I would follow up with manager, Andrew when he returned the following day.
I will be exhausting all resources to expose Jodi Johnson and the other employee for their reckless behavior, while working with customers/patients as well as their PHI.
And based off the other reviews, I am not the only customer/patient that has received such horrifying treatment from these people.

This review is for the PHOTO department and the store in general.
I use Walgreens photo for all prints for years — photos, holiday cards (since 2022), printed gifts, calendars, etc. I always love the product that is printed. And items get printed so quickly!
Recently, there was an error with an order of cards that I created (Must’ve been a glitch in the internet ordering system). When I spoke with the photo attendant, they allowed me to send in a new order and switch it out for free. I really appreciated the understanding!
I will continue to shop at this store and use the photo shop!

If I could I'd give them zero stars, I would. The employees are very rude and don't help resolve mistakes. Had a prescription that wasnt mine under my account and name, but it was for my twin. Called the pharmacy up, told them the prescription is not mine and it was a mistake, she snaps and says my doctor put the order in this morning for me. So it's my prescription. I repeated, this isn't my prescription, cancel the order and not charge my insurance. She snapped at me saying "go call you doctor" and then proceeded to hang up on me. Should be automatic write up for the way she treats her customers.

Pick a different pharmacy. My experiences there have never been positive, however, I must reserve my negativity towards a select few of the pharmacy technicians interfacing with customers. I've personally experienced rude customer service, but a bigger concern is how I've observed technicians poorly treating other customers, especially the elderly and those with impairments; many technicians lack awareness, patience, and empathy.

Do not trust this pharmacy to fill anything for your family. Based on my experience with them, they will tell you prescriptions are ready for pickup (via an automated message) you will wait in line for a minimum of 20 plus minutes to only find out that they do not have it. On top of that, they could care less. Our toddler son is on medication that he has to take to keep him alive. They continue to make mistakes on a monthly basis, fail to notify patients when a medication is on back stock, fail to fill auto refills and offer pathetic customer service. I’m surprised this location can keep their license with how the business is ran. Today was the final straw when I called on the prescription to pick it up and the Tech said it was ready to pick up. I get there after waiting 30 minutes in line to find out they actually don’t have the prescription, they are unsure why it wasn’t filled and it would be an additional 3 business days to get it even though they had just told me it was ready for pickup.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I called this store to see if they had a medicine that has a nationwide shortage. The lady I spoke with was rude and condescending. She repeatedly said smart remarks as I spoke with her. I was confused by some things because this was a new medication that I was being prescribed. She then proceeded to hang up the phone in my face. I called back to ask for a manager and the call was directed. I begin to tell this next young lady what just happened on my last call and the whole time it was the same lady that had hung up on me. I told her I asked for a manager she goes I am the manager and that’s not how the conversation went. I told her it was what I experienced because you don’t like your behavior it sound horrible don’t try and call me a lier she goes is their anything else and I told her I wanted to have her boss info before I could get that out she hung up again. I called back and they transferred me and she just let the phone ring and then answered and put me on hold and never came back to the phone. I will never shop at Windsor Walgreens ever again. Life had got really busy for me and I had forgot to reach out to cooperate.

Do NOT accept partial orders or refills from this Walgreens. I received 23 pills of a 405 pill order. The person I picked the 23 up from said I would be notified when the remaining portion was available. Later, the staff told me once I accepted the 23 pills the order was filled and there was nothing they could do. Insurance won't cover the refill because, in theory, I still have an 80 day supply. I had to talk with the pharmacist to get the prescription even partially corrected. The pharmacist is telling me my insurance will only cover 30 days. I've had the same insurance for 12 years and I've been on this medication for 43 years. What a mess!

Got a staff infection on my face from a cut on a dive trip in the Bahamas. Dr called in a prescription for multiple antibiotics. Windsor Walgreens said we got the prescription and have filled it but you can’t pick it up because they had a software problem. Said go to Fort Collins 20 minutes away or come back tomorrow. Went to Fort Collins, they said they could not run it through insurance because it wasn’t called into the lot of Ft collins store. Go somewhere else.

The pharmacy here has been EXTREMELY unprofessional……. The witch with the ugly blond hair needs to be FIRED……. I have gone to Walgreens for almost fif. teen years…… I have NEVER…. NEVER been treated so poorly..
Please hire new pharmacist.
