Ariel, Aaron & Hunter were all very helpful! I had gone to this store before in the past and had a great experience. I saw some of the reviews on line and figured something had changed. Well all is well now and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I’ve used this location numerous times but won’t be going back. Look at your receipt closely. They charge a $40 set up fee, which is fine when transferring your old phone but $40 on a new watch that they literally handed to me and we set up at home? My sister had 3 watches and was charged $40 for each that they did nothing for. They also quoted a buy back price and then didn’t give that price to my sister and it took weeks to fix it. I was standing there when the salesman told her what the trade in amount was with the higher plan. Same guy didn’t finish the set up on my new phone and I spent hours on vacation trying to fix it to get my new phone working. Save yourself the headache and go to the actual Verizon store.
Update: my sister has spent HOURS with Verizon and still haven’t received the credits for her iTunes she turned in here. The manager promised to fix it and “not ghost her” and call her within two weeks. Absolutely nothing has been fixed and she’s paying on 6 phones instead of 3?. The manager leaves at 3pm so she took time off work to go in personally and NOTHING was fixed.

My elderly mom went in got a new phone because her last upgrade was years ago..Coby said nothing would change on her bill and it did, it went up!! So don't deal with these guys call the 800 number but this location is a 3rd party not a Verizon store. So thanks for telling her NOTHING would change.

I was told changing my sisters and my 4-line plan to a cheaper plan when I bought a new phone would not change any of our coverage. Unfortunately that was not true Verizon took the WiFi hotspot capabilities away from 3 lines. When I asked to get that back it changed to price to an additional $10.00 per each 3 lines a month. Increasing the total bill to be 15 more dollars a month than it was originally before we made any changes for the same amount of coverage.
I believe that this was unprofessional of them to tell me, and they should have disclosed that information before purchasing the plan.

DO NOT COME HERE. The good reviews are made up by the store. The store is not a Verizon its Russell Cellular. Russell Cellular has its own number for issues and they ignore all your issues. The customer service number is not Verizon its russell cellular. The response is the same for all their problems and they will not get back to you. All customers be AWARE of the fee for service its $40 for every phone. The workers at the store purposely will not check the box on your receipt. When the bill comes you will be charged $40 for every phone and watch that you activate. Best buy or a Verizon Authorized reseller are your best options because they cannot lie to you like russell cellular and issues will be resolved. This is a store that rips off the community proudly. Their response to my review will be something like we will do better but they do not. Otherwise they would of called me and addressed my issue. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE.

The service is less than desirable. There's only one person working 98% of the time, so you end up waiting for extended periods of time if other customers are ahead of you. Seems like a simple fix...

Literally the worst Verizon store I’ve ever been to. Only one person working, and she did not make any effort to help me in a timely manner. She was too concerned with ripping off an elderly couple with things they don’t need for their phones and lied to them repeatedly. I’ll be calling corporate about this location. Horrible customer service and zero ventilation here as well

Called ahead and discussed the iPhone 15 deal, free iPhone with a trade in and an iPad and an Apple Watch. I am greeted with “it’s gonna be a while!” by the one frantic person working there. I patiently waited 20 minutes to find out somehow I didn’t have an appointment scheduled. The guy scheduled it then informed me only the most basic iPhone is free with the trade in, which was not discussed when I called ahead. He said it’s 1110 minus the trade in discount of 840. I was ready to move forward when he “rechecked his numbers” and it was suddenly 1210. I decided to just leave and I’ll go to a real Verizon store.

I feel sorry for the owner...it looks like they are having a grand opening going out of business sale....one sales person and one customer !!!! I won't be back thank God.

Marcus was very rude when I walked in, after no one would answer the phone. I placed an online order, that they never looked at, until I walked in an hour and a half later. There are no customers in the store so being busy wasn't an excuse they could use. Then he gave me an open box as new. And had all kinds of attitude when I confronted him on it.
