“Took my car in as I had a few recalls that needed fixed. Also I had been noticing a significant amount of oil leaking. This worried me as it can be devastation to your wallet with oil leak issues. Erik was absolutely wonderful. He kept me informed every step of the way and in no way pushy. They gave me some recommendations which I couldn't do at the time which he said I could schedule when and if I wanted to. It turned out the oil issue was the oil pressure switch which came out to $110. I have to say in this day and age it is hard to trust shops and dealers. They could have told me I was a $1000 repair and I wouldn't have known the difference. I am in the market for a Sportage in the next year or so and you better believe I'm coming here to buy it.
