Their notary needs to work on her people skills, she is quite rude. I walked in to get a form notarized and was told they don’t take walk ins and that I needed to book on the website. So I booked an appointment for tomorrow (Saturday) and was then informed that they don’t do notarizations on weekends. Apparently their website is different than the corporate website. I went to the only website listed for this specific store, if they don’t accept weekend appointments that’s fine, but don’t be rude to me when I’m trying to understand why I was allowed to book an appointment on a day that doesn’t work for notarizations. I really appreciate the other employee who pulled me aside with some suggestions for other places to try, that’s true customer service. Won’t be using this UPS store for any of my business if this is how they treat people.

Closed for renovations. I had a package to pickup and was unable to retrieve for two weeks. Why were the packages not diverted to a different location?

UPS should probably update their website for appointment scheduling. I made an appointment for notary and arrived to be met by someone who rudely told me they were closed for construction and had been since the 19th. As if I was the idiot who should have known.

If you need to drop off an Amazon return, they can help. If you need to do a basic copy in color, pass them by and go to a different store.

I'd recommend using the post office or mail and copy. Employees were rude and unwilling to help so I'll be taking my business elsewhere moving forward.

The customer service rep was very apathetic that I met with and on top of it, did NOT remove the previous sender address when I handed her the new return label. Hence, the package was sent to my house. In the town over in Timnath. When I phoned they said to bring it back and have it reshipped. I explained that I needed to be returned on the date specified, the manager had a bunch of excuses as to why this wasn’t their fault and they I wanted the box shipped sooner, I would have to upgrade shipping. Why should I have to pay for a mistake made by their store? I shouldn’t. I will not be taking my packages there again bc the staff is incompetent and can’t be trusted.

Frustrating that they closed for weather 3/14 even though there is literally no snow. Maybe assess the weather for the area first? When I have gone in then past, they are always efficient, friendly and quick.

I came in to the UPS store to do several Amazon returns, the scanners at the store would not scan any of the QR codes for the packages I already had prepared to make it fast and easy when I went in.Therefore I had to pull up on my phone every single item and the QR code individually for my returns.Because this was so inconvenient for the girl who works here, I had to step aside and wait until every other customer who came in to the store (including customers with Amazon returns exactly like mine) had been helped before she was willing to process my returns.While I waited for her to help all the other customers - who every one of them except one (so far, I’m still waiting in line) were Amazon returns just like mine - she had warned me they were closing in 30 minutes, so depending on how many customers they had, she might not help me at all today.Once all the other customers were done, my barcodes were scanned within 2 minutes and I was out of there.I have been in customer service and retail for over 20 years. I know, I don’t look that old, I am. I have been in management for over 20 years, and these kids need some standards, and expectations on how to value a customer or make them feel in the store. How to deal with the public.Unless you don’t care if they treat everyone like an ahole.
