This team not only solved my issues, but listened to what I needed repaired instead of what they were trying to sell. During the repair process they found that I didn't need to replace my brakes as another dealer suggested, and got me in and out in a day. Great experience- my family will use them from now on.

As soon as I walked in I was mistaken for the customer in front of me who was sitting nearby. It took almost 10 minutes for the person I was talking to to figure out that I had just walked in and had never spoken to him before. He then calls over the person he thought he was talking to and proceeded to ignore me. Didn't even ask me to take a seat in their waiting area. Just dismissed me without a word. Another 15-20 minutes later I finally get to go back to the front desk. He asks me for my number then hands me a form to fill out where it asks for my number again? So I fill it out all of the information. He then asks me for my name despite having it right in front of him. He then gets my name wrong three times before I had to spell it out for him. As I'm taking with him about what I need done with the car after a quick visual insurrection another employee comes over and had to explain how brakes work to the first employee. So I begin to talk with him about the car instead. As we're beginning to talk price he takes a phone call in the middle of our conversation. The conversation was about how they lost money because a customer wasn't satisfied with their service and had to have another shop fix what they did. I'm beginning to see why. After about 5 minutes he finally returns to our conversation and gives me various quotes depending on the state of the brakes. He basically guarantees me that they won't need to charge worst case scenario. A few hours later I'm getting a call saying that it's the worst case scenario and they won't have the car ready until tomorrow. And then they try to upsell me on tires three separate times in the same call after I explicitly said that I am not getting tires and am only focusing on the brakes because I'm broke. They can me the next day to say that the car is ready and try to yodel me in tires again! I get to the shop to pick up the car where the same moron from the day before began talking to me as if we agreed that I was going to be buying tires and said that I had to buy all 4 tires because it's AWD and he could only get me a buy 2 get 2 deal for $1000. I will never be coming back to this location ever again. The only reason I didn't immediately leave after the first interaction is because I was just that desperate.

Really disappointed in lack of customer service and incompetence. I had my front brakes replaced on their recommendation and they ended up skimping on the service. After the didn't work they told me they didn't have time to deal with me so I got to pay someone else for a second new pair of front brakes to have them done properly.

Truly 5-star service. All the major brands featured ( I prefer Michelin); knowledgeable, friendly staff. Randy took great care of me. Had the tires ordered-in in one business day. My appointment and service was on-time. The large, clean and comfortable showroom is a plus. I will definitely return and recommend to my friends and family.
