“I moved to Windsor recently and I am still having an issue with getting my mail forwarded properly. I called and talked to Robert on a few occasions and he is nothing but polite and helpful. I'm sure I may have screwed something up along the way regarding my address change however, Robert never places blame and is a pleasure to talk to.
I also run a small Etsy shop and a piece of mail to one of my customers never made it out of the the Windsor post office. This can cause money loss on my end. I know things get misplaced from time to time but, I am confident that the folks at the Windsor USPS are good people that are doing their best to serve the community.

“7 am appointment. Arrived around 4:55 am. Plenty of room to park. Plenty room to maneuver around. Called around 6:30 am for door. Unloaded and leaving 7:30 am. guy unloading super nice and professional. If I ever get another load for here, that will not be a problem.”
