I just purchased brakes and rotors for my daughter’s car. The assistant manager Carlos was so unhelpful. When I walked in, he had an unwelcoming facial expression, he had no input on the type of brakes he would recommend. After I purchased them he did not offer to help carry the brakes out knowing how heavy they are. I had to make two trips due to how heavy everything was and no help was offered. I asked if he could hook my daughter’s car up the OBD diagnostic tool and he said that I could borrow it and gave it to me with no instruction on how to operate it. This was a very unpleasant experience. I usually go to O’Riley for my auto part needs due to having nothing but positive experiences in the past, but now I will reconsider going there for future purchases.

Stopped by with in-laws and even though they were short staffed they helped install a battery in the back seat which would’ve been very difficult for us to do on our own. Staff was also very friendly

They are always willing to go the extra and help figure out what's going on with your vehicle and willing to help install what u have purchased.

Worried about an oil warning lamp that came on today. Had just had my oil changed and I am leaving for Denver tomorrow. A really nice young man named Brian checked my levels, assured me I was fine, then offered to check my oil sensory light. I didn't have time for that.But will use this place from now on. With the quality of service and the "happy to help you" attitude, why would I go elsewhere?
