This is easily the best NAPA I’ve been to. The front of the store is nicely organized and has products that I haven’t typically seen at other auto parts stores. I stopped in because I needed a set of black lug nuts for some wheels that I just bought. The guy at the counter (didn’t catch his name but had glasses and 3/4 sleeve tattoos) went in back to look for the set and found them hiding the second time that he went back to look. Awesome store, great experience and they had exactly what I needed when 3 other auto parts stores didn’t. I’ll be using this NAPA store from now on.

We bought a battery here for one of our work trucks when we had this last cold snap. When it was purchased the gentleman running the counter said we could bring the old one back for the core and we didn't need a receiptWhen my coworker went to take the battery back he was refused as he didn't have a receipt. It's really frustrating to have it be inconsistent and it creates extra work having to go to accounting to track down and get a copy of the receipt. For the $18 core it's not worth the time.

Bought a set of low load tie down straps said to handle 400lb capacity. Tried tie downs in parking lot, straps wouldn't stay tight. Took them right back inside for a different style of straps. Manager was rude and wouldn't stand by his customer, Instead said it was my fault for not asking if they would work when they should have been able to hold a 50lb load. He did the exchange anyway but was very rude and made it a very big deal. Saying it would be hard to repackage?? I definitely will NOT be going back or buying NAPA branded tie downs.

Apparently the staff was having a bad day. Guy behind the counter was rude as can be. Other guy behind the counter took other customers that came in after I did. Stood there for 10 minutes with not a single bit of help from these rude muppets.

One of the parts delivery drivers in the branded Napa truck was driving like he was drunk down Main St. in Windsor (8/15, 2pm). Maybe he was distracted but I almost reported him to the police. Swerving, stopping for no reason, not keeping constant speed. A bit odd. Maybe a medical issue too, who knows. Nonetheless… check your drivers out.
