Beware, the $3.99 lb. petite sirloins I purchased today rang up at $6.99 lb. Luckily, I didn't purchase much so I noticed the error right away. Thought perhaps I hadn't clipped the coupon, but that wasn't the case. What irks me is the customer service rep who refunded the difference didn't seem to think it was necessary to check when I asked if other customers were being charged the wrong price also. He just said that I was the first one to point it out.

This location seldom has adequate checkers to meet the needs of customers. Even the self-check lines are excessive.

I was in the store last Sunday evening ,I was in very hurry,No time ..and then exactly when I was paying for my purchases I realize I forgot my wallet at home.The money in my pocket not enough to pay for my milk ,it was very embarrassing.But the angel who was working as a cashier at that moment offers me to pay for the milk with her own money. I really wish there were more people like that in this world. thank you Seraphina Shapiro for making this world better. thank you King Soopers for having employees like that.

I picked a bad time to go to this King Soopers right before Christmas due to how busy the store was but I needed dry ice for shipping some frozen items. The parking lot layout wasn’t bad but I always park to the back of the lot wherever I go anyways. Once inside, the store was packed but manageable even with a cart. I got the dry ice (at the meat counter), a few groceries, Visa gift cards and Christmas cards that weren’t generic and run of the mill which I really appreciate. Moments before checking out, a woman speaking over the intercom was directing people how to line up for the checkout lines. I thought that it was going to take forever to check out but it seemed as though that most people were going for the self check out line. I was able to go to a register in very little time and the cashier and bagger were very polite. Aside from going right before a major holiday, I will continue to go to this King Soopers.

Very nice people. Pharmacy are always polite too! People shopping never look very happy. Need music in the store!

If I could give this store lower rating I would. I have shopped here for years and the end cap for the meat section has always been sales items. Today they had pork shoulder for 1.49 per pound and the package I got said pork shoulder butt and it was right below the sign with several more of the same products. Got all the way home and realized I was charged full price called and spoke with a gentleman who said he could fix it if I drove back in. I drove all the way back and a nasty lady jumped in and said I bought the wrong product. I told her I got exactly what was under the sign and she said they just have to put the sign up but the product underneath doesn't always match. That has never been the case in the years I have been shopping here. The sales items on the end have always matched the signs that were there and as you can see in my picture it clearly says shoulder on the package how was I supposed to know that because it said butt after the shoulder part this item didn't count.

I recently went to an interview, and I called the company asking if they had positions for the afternoon and they had told me yes, and to come in for an interview. I was excited cause I wanted a job so then I am able to afford college , I came in and asked for her and the lady that called her gave me the rudest attitude, and told me to sit at the Starbucks to wait I thought nothing of that. So soon Becky the lady who was going to interview me comes calls me up, so I follow her and she doesn’t seem in a great attitude at all. I come into the room and she says there nothing available for me even tho I was told that there was the other day, and she said she needed people for the morning even tho I was told there was positions for the afternoon available , and she seems like she doesn’t want to speak to me and I thought I would get a opportunity and I get told in the rudest way there was no interview and told to leave, I felt very DISCRIMINATED as a Hispanic and I was given a rude attitude and was given looks.

Went to pick up doughnuts and whipped cream for our church. Even though we ordered the doughnuts a day late, the folks and managers went that "extra mile" to make sure that everything was ready to go early Sunday morning. Thank you very much for your extra time and effort!!! Very much appreciated!!!

My close friend applied for a job here and come her interview day she was turned down and not even allowed to complete the interview simply because she is hispanic. The person who interviewed her is named Becky and she was rude, hideous, and completely unpleasant and unprofessional. I recommend anyone of any other type of race or ethnicity apart from white or caucasian to neither apply nor shop at this store. This is very upsetting to see King Soopers. Get better humans to work in your stores.
