kept up with my very angry senior chihuahua and still handled him with care for a nail trim. took less than 5 minutes for only $5. it's worth it, especially since other places charged more and didn't make his little nails as pretty. definitely coming again ?

Took my dog here last year. Great experience and great job. Then took her here today. Could hear a groomer in back yelling at a dog for being a dog. Then they told me they had no clue how long my dog would be there

Went in for a nail trim and it was so quick and easy. Definitely recommend this place!

Razor burned my pups stomach while grooming! He came back home and we couldn’t pick him up because he hurt so bad! Took him to the vet and she said that he had razor burn. Vet bill was almost $100.00.

Can't recommend them enough for a quick, cheap, stress-free nail trim. Our two very high maintenance pups do not let anyone trim their nails but they have no issue here. It took 6 people (not even exaggerating!) at PetSmart to finish trimming our English Bulldogs nails. At Hot Rod, they come out in front of the desk and trim nails at the dog's level right in front, instead of putting them on a table and/or tying them up, which I think really helps. $5 cash only, such a good deal!

Everyone there is so very kind. I'm very protective of my dogs, but I feel very comfortable Kea ing them there. It is so evident that they all just love the dogs.

A few months ago was our first time in here. I wasn’t going to do this but my husband and I were talking last night and he thought I should share our experience. We had adopted a puppy who is just under a year old. We didn’t know very much about his except for the fact that he was from Texas and the lady at the humane society told us he has issues with his paws being handled. I called and tried asking a few questions and got very vague answers. When i asked them if they took a few minutes to get to know their new customers (the dogs) and she said yes we definitely do. When went in the the lady that was at the desk immediately grabs the clippers and tries going for it right away. Did not give me new puppy any time to get to know her. He became a bit irritated due to no introduction and his paws being handled by someone he doesn’t know. He got very vocal and when he started to become very vocal, 2 other ladies came running out from the backroom and tried talking to him while the other was still trying to cut his nails. He was very overwhelmed and over stimulated.Now I understand dogs can be kind of difficult but if you claim that you know how to handle difficult dogs and say that you are going to introduce yourself to them. Please actually do it.
