Qe have used this location many times. It's been ok. Today was the worst. Waited over an hour and a half. The woman had no idea what she was doing g. She was incompetent. We left and went to McKee Medical Center to get the lab work done.

Dawn was very friendly - she made me feel very comfortable. My orders were not in the system yet and she messaged my doctor's office. Orders were put in promptly. Loved her attitude. Great job!

Not a good experience. Tech/ Secretary made me wait even though there was not one ahead of me. Wanted to photo copy both my drivers license and insurance card but could not or would not provide me information about how MY very private information would be kept and protected ( probably a HIPPA violation, I WILL report and really !!! what century are you people in? ) Quoted me $310.00 for labs that I can get done at UC Health for less than half this amount. I receive my labs by email from UC Health usually within 2 hours or sooner. I have not heard a word from this lab all day and it looks like I won't be able to see my labs until I visit my doctor, REALLY I paid for those labs and they belong to me not your lab !! I did this to help my new awesome doctor at Banner but will NOT use this lab ever again. Lousy blood draw and left a bruise.....not friendly

Waited and waited! No signs of training, no communication that they could not find my paperwork! Go talk to doctor it’s in same office! This is ridiculous!!! And they take your drivers license and insurance card and hold the whole time! Poor service which I never received like this before! This she thought I was rude how unprofessional!! She didn’t want to draw my blood after waiting 45 minutes really!!!

Waited 20 mins to get poked three times and rep was unable to get a vein. Left a big bruise. Lady was nice enough, but overall it was not a pleasant experience.
