I really liked the car wash unlimited but when I bought a new vehicle they didn't switch my plate over so the gate would open,I asked several times but it was not taken care of so I cancelled.

Jeremy and Brendan helped me out today with 2 of my cars. I had questions about the monthly car wash program and because of their courtesy and honesty I purchased the monthly passes. Kudos to them both for their help today. Great experience!

Great help from attendants. Quality wash job. Like the car mat cleaner and clean damp rags. Vacuums really suck (in a good way).

If you have a large SUV or truck you probably should check for scratches. I have a black waggoneer and immediately noticed a scratch on my back passenger door. When I told an attendant he said I could fill out a form but was not sure their car wash could do that. Then he disappeared with no form and even made another attendant come out and help the cars paying while I was there.. just watching from the office. I told him to tell his boss to view the cameras. No one else communicated with me... no form... attendants ignored me and I got no response about that video feed. Also last time I was there I had to drive out of the middle due to a track malfunction along with other cars in from and behind me. They said I could come back through later when it was fixed... I have a pass... also this time there was about a 30 second hesitation with the tracks again with me and a few other cars ? in there. I won't be going back to this location. I also emailed corporate and if they respond I will update.

The vacuums have two type of attachments. One of them are getting into tight and small places. Also has micro fiber rags you can also use for your car.

Sat in the line for 40 minutes. While 1 car went thru at a time. Thank God breeze thru is coming to town. Should have sold to breeze thru and saved everyone the time and hassle.

Avoid this wash, never washes your vehicle all the way. 95% of the time the wash is down because of one reason or another. Literally have been sitting here in line now for over 30min and I can't leave because now I'm trapped. The employees are useless and don't know how to operate anything. Canceling my membership now that Breeze thru is coming to Windsor and I'd highly suggest going elsewhere.

There are no signs that they don’t accept cash before you get in line, I had to reverse through a bunch of cars to get out. The kid at the machine told me if I gave them a 5 star review he would let me go through for free. From the looks of the other reviews this place can’t even clean cars properly. I also tried to go through when they first opened months and months ago and was told they didn’t accept cash YET. I thought by now they had added it. I’d rather go to breeze thru WITH MY CASH and get a better wash and save myself the hassle. It’s unfortunate especially if you don’t use credit/ debit cards and prefer cash.

Car wash stopped while I was in it, waited 5 minutes, it started again but not all the cycles worked. Called in to ask was told there was nothing they could do. What a waste of a premium car wash and poor customer service

Just got home from car wash. Guess I should have got out and looked. My vehicle looks worse than going in. Even my windshield had to be cleaned after leaving. And for $23 what a disappointment. Never again!Update - returned. Nice young man let me go back through but still not very clean. Waste of $$$

This car wash is so expensive cannot wait till Breeze thru opens it is only $18 a month unlimited. A lot of times I drove up here the Cones were out and they were closed. It is so hard to cancel your membership too, you have to email somebody and then after a couple of days they email you back offering you a better deal $3 off what I was paying monthly, but still not cheap, and then you email again saying cancel and then about a week later after two more emails they finally cancel it.

Just got my car washed today (Halloween) and the employee guiding my car into the wash was wearing an incredibly racist and offensive black face mask and a rice hat. I am appalled the manager would allow their employee to wear this.
