The diagnosis of my problem was spot on. The issue occurred when they were asking $2400 for a throttle body assembly. I was able to find a full oem assembly for $200. I’m not sure where the 1000% markup came from. Changed out the part myself and is running perfectly. Only saving grace for this shop was the staff was very polite.

Christian Brothers did a great job of diagnosing the issues with my car and then quickly fixing them. Christopher was awesome to work with. He kept me informed all along the way. I always knew what the status was with the repairs, which I greatly appreciate.

Had my brakes done, I can’t recommend this business at least for brakes. I have had to have them replace them twice within their warranty time frame which was great they honored but only after trying to tell us the brakes wore out early because of our driving, when our original brakes lasted 7 years and like 80k miles. Brakes sounded funny again so got fed up and had another trusted auto shop in Windsor check them and they said they were fine, but the material used were super cheap and soft and recommended we go back to CB and request different materials, but I’m honestly just done with it. Get your brakes done somewhere else.

We stopped in to get lights replaced in our truck something my husband has always been able to do until recently. In his advanced stages of Cancer the motion to change them is too difficult. We had the lights and Todd did it free for him. It warms my heart to know there are genuinely kind people out there. Thank you Todd we appreciate your kindness ❤️

Todd was wonderful in keeping me in the loop with things that were found that needed to be replaced on my car. He kept me informed on what warranty was going to cover and what I would need to pay for. Staff were courteous. Zack completed all the work on my car and did an amazing job
