Not so good with follow up. Had a child on the waiting list for quite some time. Did a phone call to follow up and discovered they had changed their policy to no more waiting list, but didn't bother to notify anyone. Thanks for the huge setback!

This has been a phenomenal daycare until they switched managers. The new manager is incompetent and not appreciative of her employees. From one parent to another, if Shauna is still the director, DO NOT take your children to this facility.
