instead of delivering my package on the expected date, it was listed they “attempted” to deliver it and sent it back to the post office. the reasoning was of the customer’s request. i didn’t request anything. i just want my package. it’s not that hard to do a simple task. this isn’t the first time i’ve had issues with my mail. extremely disappointed with the service and wish they have different staff that actually fulfill their job and not slack off

Absolutely trash service. Karen is the absolute worst person to ever deal with. She is rude and has zero customer service skills. She talks about customers with others I stayed in the doorway for a moment when I left today and told the gal behind me what her problem is with me. Our biggest problem with Karen (how fitting) is that we have lots of birds shipped to the post office. Now I know things can happen in transport however every time Karen receives our birds they are all dead each time. When Bev receives our birds we get healthy birds. Could it be coincidence sure. But Karen opens our packages when she gets them. Bev does not. I have asked repeatedly that she not open them and we still get the call I opened your package but your birds didn’t make it. She had told another staff member that I am the worst person to come into the post office because I call her out. Other employee agreed and said more people should call her out not only is she terrible to deal with as a customer but even her coworkers don’t like her tactics. I have tried reaching out to the post master but he or she is never available and once again Karen says that she can’t give any info out on how to reach them. Her. Answer is you just have to be here at the right time. We absolutely love Beverly she is the most kind person you will ever deal with at this location. I always dread the days that Karen opens. It’s NEVER a good experience. Hopefully I’ll get to deal with Beverly more than Karen. Good luck.

My mail is scanned . I have 3 times not got my mail of what's scanned. This time it was important info from our attorney. Time sensitive. I post 0 for the score . They make you post at least 1 star. The new post master is worthless my mail not getting here. You think a po box they wouldn't miss mail. Post master was very rude, says she doesn't scan mail. Which they do.

Terrible customer service. My package had my name and address they marked it as insufficient address and sent it back to the sender. I went before the day ended since I called the main line and they told me they had it but they couldn’t give it to me because they had scanned it back to send to the sender.

don't expect to get anything on time or even at all if your package is decided to be "too heavy." they won't let you know you need to pick it up yourself either, they'll just leave a note offering redelivery that they won't follow through on and keep it at the office until you call about it

Absolutely horrible lazy service. Shouldn't even have a post office or delivery service. Mail is constantly being given to neighbors and we receive theirs. Packages do not get delivered because of laziness. Employees are rude and do not care.

I just moved from Denver to Wiggins and everyone at the local USPS office I have met so far has been friendly and courteous. They got my new mailing address set up and held all my packages safely until they could be delivered. Thanks!

The Wiggins Pist office always is friendly and helpful in anything I need to get mailed or taken care of. I make every effort to use my local post office for this very reason. Leona is one of the kindest Women I have dealt with, she always remembers to ask how my aunt is doing that I help take care of. She goes out of her way to be kind.
