Staffs in this store location are always so patient and helpful!! I have moved away from this area but always have been coming back to this specific location to resolve Xfinity/Comcast related issues. The customer service at this location is excellent!!

I am appalled by my experience at the Xfinity store in Applewood, CO. The manager, Justin (OPID#zph), was outright rude and disrespectful, not just to me but also to the Xfinity agent I was on the line with. To make matters worse, one of the employees had the nerve to raise their voice at me. It’s infuriating that no one seemed willing to help or even explain things properly. This kind of terrible customer service is unacceptable!

Slow to help customers. 4 reps working all “helping” one customer while a dozen of us wait to return equipment. Won’t ever rent a modem again since my time waiting to return equipment is not free

fastest service we've ever had, from cesar. me and my boyfriend went in for Internet, got the modem, and had everything set up and ready in like 15 min. tops. except of course the quick set up of the modem we had to do at home.

Worst service we have ever had at an Xfinity store. Go to a different Xfinity store, I promise you, you will be treated better and they will actually know what they are talking about, unlike the employees at this store. The closest Xfinity store that is a lot better than this location is on Wadsworth.

Ryan was an excellent customer service technician. He set us up with two new phone lines. He was very thorough and patient throughout the whole process. He made sure everything was working every step of the way. He saved us so much money. Great job, Ryan.

Horrible sales people! Talked my elderly parents who has had an account with them forever; to open a new account because they needed the sale! My 88 year parents are without their landline that they have had since 1981. They have not been able to make a call or receive calls. Today is 6 days without a phone!!!! ( This is customer service helping! ) Let's not talk about the new equipment thy sent them to install themselves.....................OMG! This is the worst experience EVER!!. Very cruel for my parents. They feel they have been taken advantage of! They were! Shame on you sales reps!

By far the best Xfinity / Comcast store I've had the pleasure to deal with. The staff is fast, knowledge and very helpful.
They actually take the time to really help you with your problems and answer all of your questions. I highly recommend them to help you with your communication and visual needs.
