I went in for breaks and not only was that done fast and affordably he had also pointed out the problem I’ve been curious about and was unsure of (being a broken wheel bearing) He then pointed out and showed me exactly where the problem was, how to confirm that problem, explained what would happen if not fixed and then fixed the bearing in an impressive amount of time. My car drives and feels much better now, these guys go above and beyond what you normally see now of days with anywhere let alone the automotive industry. The install didn't go as smoothly as I would have hoped due to no fault on DTs part, but rather to an absent-minded tow truck driver.
My car was blocked in by said tow truck pushing my scheduled install time out. I was not pleased. I made my displeasure known. Rather than brush it off as just one bad customer experience, Mark, the store manager, turned it around for me, proving that Discount Tire understands the loyalty of a lifelong customer and the art of creating a positive customer service experience.
Yes, things may not go smoothly, so be prepared for that. In turn, you can rest assured that Mark and his team will do everything in their power to make sure you're happy when you drive off.
Shout-out to Jeremy who along with two other guys worked very quickly to make up for lost time during the install. Despite my scowl and insistent hovering, he was nothing but pleasant. He truly has a heart of gold.
