“Dr. Lin is simply the best! I thought it was time to euthanize my sweet old tabby cat and called Dr. Lin to come to my home. Of course as soon as I made the call, Taffy seemed to rally, making a tough decision even harder. So, I asked Jinny to perform an examination first to get her opinion and she assured me that Taffy was not yet ready to die and just needed some medication and special food to continue a comfortable life. That gave my cat and I more good quality time together.
Knowing that cats can be picky, Dr. Lin provided some cans of food to try before investing by the case. She is knowledgable of current procedures, other veterinarian practices, and genuinely cares for her clients.

“I’ve just had routine stuff done here, but the only con is the first come first serve. But you do get a break on cost. When I’ve brought my dog in for assessment and there’s nothing to be concerned of they only charge about $25. Great value for those 50/50 concerns.”

“Second Chances is absolutely fabulous. The staff is caring and go above and beyond the status quo. Recently, I needed fluids for my terminal cat on short notice and they went well out of their way to work with me. I was so relieved that my cat I was able to get my cat feeling better. The vets are experienced and knowledgeable, the clinic does not price gouge, and they usually have appointment available within a day or two. I will be taking all of my animals here from now on.”
“I have taken many pets to Dr. Vangi and Dr. Katie. They have treated all my furry babies since around the early 2000's. Everyone from the front desk to the vet techs and beyond are always so caring, loving, and kind. I've read reviews on Next door and they say it's expensive and maybe it is, but I won't go anywhere else. Even after we've put down 2 cats together. ? x2??”
“I scheduled a Neurology consult with Dr. Raczek for my French bulldog. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Raczek. He and his assistant doctor talked with me for somewhere around an hour. They went out of their way to fully examine my baby. I never felt rushed. They didn’t push me into any further exams and did an email exam. I was specifically worried about IVDD. I had all of my concerns validated, while also finding out I’ve done everything right.
The admin office somehow had my email wrong for the receipt, and when I contacted them they email e back quickly and got it all fixed. They also followed up a month after my visit to make sure Rhi was doing ok.”

“Dr. Jan and Bettina are just so beyond wonderful. My kitty is going through a hyperthyroid journey, and Dr. Jan is going above and beyond to make sure I have all the most recent information for the various options. She's incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, and they both make myself and my kitty feel like we are cared for. Plus, Dr. Jan is a legit holistic vet, which is rare and so very appreciated. I can't recommend this place enough! :)”
