Had an excellent experience at the UPS Store! The staff was friendly, thorough, and made sure everything was done right. They carefully packaged and taped my items, and made sure the shipping label was perfectly clear. I really appreciated the attention to detail and great customer service!

Customer service lives! 5 Stars! This staff is on it! Thank you for being awesome. Louie is personable, reasonable and works fast. The whole staff works with a sense of urgency and engagement that is becoming rare to find. If you are in customer service, go take notes.
