I have purchased trailers from Trailer Source in Wheat Ridge for my company for the last 15 years. Recently just purchased one and did so with ease. Called and told Jason what I wanted and when o removed my trailer was out front waiting for me with the plate in it. Went inside signed and in my way in record time. These guys go a great job. Highly recommend

Trailer Source is a good shop with a decent selection and fair pricing. You will have a good experience as long as you don’t deal with Cal in parts, who seemingly always has a bad attitude. Nobody told him that common courtesy and being friendly doesn’t cost you anything. Maybe a training in customer service would help? Otherwise, great company!

Bought my Winnebago Micro Minnie in that I just brought 1 month ago in Florida and the battery/solar was not working corrrectly. Was greated by the friendliest service advisor Amber. Got in right away and the service manager Billy and technician Alex were able to figure out that the converter was not set correctly for my battery type. It look them no time to fix the issue and even left me instructions on how to fix it if I accidentally change the settings. Great service and great experience.

Billy and his staff were more than accommodating on a Friday with our loss of trailer brakes. Since we were traveling thru on our annual"Go west"trip, waiting weeks for help was not an option! Billy jumped into action and we were on the road in an hour and a half...AMAZING!!! The hubs says the reason we only gave 5 stars is we can't give them 10 stars!!!

The Trailer Source Wheat Ridge Service Department has become one of the most customer focused and helpful organizations I have ever seen. I was happy with my camper purchase but the service department had me swearing I would never go back. BUT - I was forced to call to save a vacation. Amber & Kayla worked with manager Billy to connect me with Chad who resolved several issues and saved my vacation. They deserve 10 stars!!!! I will be back! Anyone who had bad service prior to Spring of 2024 should give them another chance!

I recently purchased four PJ trailers from Trailer Source – two in May and two in August 2024. The entire sales process was excellent, from receiving a quote to picking up the trailers. The team was incredibly accommodating, even offering to store the trailers until I was able to collect them. Special thanks to Jason Colley for his professionalism and outstanding service. Thank you Todd, Scott and James of Wheat Ridge Trailer Source for helping us through the process of finding and purchasing a great travel trailer.
We had been looking for one for a while. We visited many RV dealerships trying to find one and make a purchase but we ended up leaving, feeling exhausted and frustrated with the whole process.
The people at Trailer Source knew our frustration and they were up front about everything so we felt like we could work with them. We were correct. We purchased a travel trailer that we really like!
Kirk lead us through the final inspection and went over everything in great detail, which we really appreciated. He was extremely knowledgeable and was a great help getting us hooked up and rolling safely.
