Gerard has been so helpful from start to finish with my new camper. Hes gone above and beyond and I would recommend Trailer Source and Gerard specifically for anyone looking for a great setup and even better customer service.

They had a price on the Sprinter Van $115,000 instead of $120,000. I asked if that wasthe price and the salesman said yes your in luck it was just reduced today. My adult son was a witness. That salesman got yelled at by the manager because he was messing with the solar battery they just replaced and he assigned a new salesman named Scott that took over the sale and he removed the bright Orange sale sticker for the test drive. I signed a wrong invoice quote that was prepared for the sale. When i went back to purchase I informed the man tgar prepared the finance contract that price was $115,000 not &120,000. He said he would check on that and he added a warranty and sales tax and never corrected the price to the sales sticker on the final sales contract. After I left I noticed he didn't correct the price. He said let me look into that immediately. Both Salesmen said they didn't remember it was on sale and they didn't mark it down on the inventory list.BUYER BEWARE bait and switch. Terrible management that wouldn't allow the correction.

Trailer Source in Denver and Colorado Springs jumped through hoops to get me back on the road! my special trailer made in New Zealand had a part failure which left me stranded in Colorado, they ordered the part overnight in fit me into their full schedule so we could get home. Bart and Jim kept in touch with FedEx and kept me briefed on the status of the repair. I can tell the whole company absolutely tries there best to be great.

My wife and I shopped at this location on a Thursday morning and had a great experience with Gerard. We explained to him what we were looking for and asked to look at several models they had in stock. He took the time to show us exactly what we asked for, explaining key features and answering questions. He also gave us plenty of space to discuss amongst ourselves when needed. In addition to showing us the models we asked about, he listened carefully to our goals and suggested other options that we liked even better than our original ideas. He knew from the outset that we were not quite ready to buy, but still spent time working with us to help us make a better decision. We enjoyed our visit and afterward remarked how grateful we were for the time. Thanks Gerard!

I love this place! I called in panic needing a faucet for my motorhome. Not only did they have multiple options in stock but I had about three people help me and everyone was so friendly and so amazing! Wouldn't be going on the trip this weekend without these people! Thank you again for having what I needed and being so very helpful!
