Sue Ball (and everyone at her office) is compassionate and so incredibly helpful!! I have never had a call where I have been frustrated or disappointed, but always so pleased with their care and customer service. I do my car and renters insurrance through them and will continue to work with them! I would recommend Sue Ball and her office to anyone if you want to smile after you call to deal with insurrance :)

I have been with State Farm insurance for many years and have gone through many agents through those years ! I recently renewed my policy with the Sue Ball agency and I have to tell you they are a great group of ladies ! Sue Ball is a very personable, warm and welcoming. We've been clients of hers for a number of years and any time we have a question or need anything she is quick to respond and get us squared away. When we needed to go in to the office, her staff was very friendly and welcoming as well.From day one, we have always been treated with honesty, dignity and respect.
