I've been with State Farm since 1988 and have never had anything even close to a bad experience. When Adrian sent out a letter informing me that he had taken over for the agent I started with, I was a bit concerned but not a beat was missed. Since I started working with Adrian, I have had a few claims and received a few loans all of which have been handled with the utmost efficiency, professionalism and courtesy. The customer service excellence and response time he and his office staff provide is something that is hard to find these days . Adrian has always been straight forward and honest, even if it wasn't what I wanted to hear, which is also quite rare these days. I will continue to recommend Adrian and State Farm to anyone who asks, and although I no longer live near his office, I will remain with Adrian as long as we continue to need insurance. He has always been willing to make the long drive to my location whenever meeting in person was required and believe me, that kind of service is all but gone. If you are new to purchasing insurance or are unsatisfied with your current provider, I strongly urge you to call Adrian, you will not be dissapointed.

Adrian and his crew are top notch. The company I had my car loan through kept messing up and didn't input my insurance information into their system, so they kept requesting it and threatening Force Placement of the coverage. The people at Adrian's were happy to send the same information three times. They worked above and beyond to help me get this resolved. Anytime I call them, for whatever the issue is, they are always courteous and professional. Always happy to help. Love this insurance agent and his employees!

Adrian is super knowledgeable and easy to work with. I call him all the time for random insurance (and sometimes non-insurance) advice. He has all of our insurance policies--home, auto, umbrella, life, personal artifacts, RV--all of it. Had our roof replaced last year due to hail. State Farm claims was very easy to work with and readily worked with our roofer to finalize the replacement & repairs.
