Attempted to place an order to be mailed. I knew that they would be stopping soon because another nice lady told me that they would no longer be doing that but didn’t know when. So when I asked if I could place an order to be mailed. She’s just said no very meanly and asked who is this as if I was just interrupting her day . She could’ve been a whole lot nicer about the whole situation seeing how I already had the heads up that they would be stopping shipments in the near future. Somebody needs to work on their customer service skills. Seven years of shopping there and this is how I’m treated

Great prices and great selection. Their customer service could be better. When asking a simple question about a product that they sell, the woman working there told me that she only did hair and didn’t know about skin care products. This is just laziness, she should know at least a little bit about the products they sell. The same woman was rude to me at the cash register because she rang something up wrong and had to fix it.

If you want a beauty supply with no extensions, no jewelry, no lashes, and NO scrunchies, this is for you. Imagine Sally's but less organized, a third of the inventory, and no signage. Hard pass.
