At checkout I commended the cashier on how Ross had a lower price on an item compared to Walmart. And very snarky she responded "you're not saving that much" absolutely blew me away that someone would say that. Also the security literally watches you check out, and then still has to stop you at the door to check your receipt. No thanks I don't need that kind of hassle when shopping

Good selection of clothes, home items, and dog toys. I buy my dog toys here because they're cheaper than online or pet stores.

I liked this store until yesterday, they asked me to open the fitting room, they told us for half an hour that it was open, and then they said that it was closed at 9 pm, although it wasn’t nine yet. Time wasted, we won’t come here again

Well organized with good choices still available on a Monday. Friendly staff, the plaza itself offers several shops including the Wheat Ridge Post Office

Nice selection, very clean and organized. Not as many options as you see in other places because in other stores everything is just thrown into the shelves, hard to look through it. I think this place has enough but not too much. My favorite one to visit for sure. Employees were nice and lines weren't bad at all when I went in.

They’ve closed down all their fittings rooms except 2 in front, and no one is attending those so people take way too many items in. I waited 20 minutes to try on a single item that I didn’t end up buying because the line at the register was ridiculously long, people had already been waiting there 30 minutes. Also their selection of men’s clothing is garbage, hardly anything on the racks. I went for a pair of white shorts and could only find one pair to try on, and they were garbage.

Horrible customer service! Gabriella closed the store 30 minutes early and was extremely unprofessional about us explaining that both google and the hours listed on the door state that she’s closing 30min early.

The men's section of this Ross is 2 aisles of very disappointing options. This place is not geared for the male shopper.
