I am the type of person who needs to be educated on the “whys” and “hows” in order to be able to fully grasp what’s going on. Especially, car stuff. It is how I process things. Unfortunately, this also irritates others. The plus is Devon is able to “humor” me and how I understand what my car needs. Much appreciated!

Chezlyn provided exceptional service. We had called ahead to let them know the issue with the car and that we could only get there shortly before closing. When we arrived she looked at the issue and fixed it right away instead of us having to come back the next day like we planned. This saved us 3 hours of driving and gas because we live so far away.

I live up the mountains and had my alternator start to go out while running errands. This place was the first that came up on google and I completely lucked out coming here in my time of need. Not only was everyone so kind they made time that day to help me knowing I was scared of not being able to get home and not knowing anyone down here. I highly recommend this place! Caring, honest, very reasonably priced, and just all around genuine group of people. Car problems suck and they made everything so much better.

Wanna give a shout out to Chezlyn,she was extremely helpful and really worked hard for us,went above and beyond to make our experience here a good one.pretty much replaced the whole front end,thanks guys,would definitely use them again.

I’ve been going here for years recently after getting my breaks replaced the transmission of my car went out after driving 15 miles away from their shop. I came in to talk about how this could have happened. I talked to Logan and when describing how I drove down the street and thought something might have been wrong. He smiled and looked me straight in the eyes and said “sounds good”. I’ve never felt so dismissed and never thought I would be faced such rudeness from a trusted mechanic shop. I may have to replace my whole transmission and when asking how they let a test driven car off of their lot with a critical transmission error the best explanation they have is “sounds good”. Appalling.

I got a pre purchase inspection from Denver quality automotive. They told me a couple things wrong with the vehicle as well as their opinion. The dealership I was going to purchase the vehicle at was unwilling to work with me and acknowledge the issues that Denver quality automotive identified with the vehicle so I walked away. I ended up buying a much better vehicle of the same make and model from a dealership that acknowledge and worked with the minor issues of the car. A pre purchase inspection at Denver quality motive was a crucial step in my car buying process.

Wow! These people ( all of the employees) are nothing short of impressive! I had major work done around the engine ( almost 5k) and they did a great job. When it had to take slightly longer because of additional issues Devon told me exactly what was going on. They still ended up being on estimate and went above and beyond for me. I highly recommend this place. They truly care and want to do a great job and what’s right. I interviewed 22 shops plus the dealership and I wanted quality and it took that long to find Denver’s Quality Automotive and I’m so thankful I did. Any work they can do will always be done by them! They are fair priced and do high quality work! Thanks everyone!

I only leave reviews when I believe a business deserves it and Denver Quality Automotive provided me with multiple experiences that I felt was worth sharing.
After my car was stolen and totaled I was on the hunt for a new vehicle. With only 1 week to do so with a tight budget and a fear of getting stuck with something that would require costly repairs. I came across Denver Quality Auto since they were near a car lot that had a car I was interested in.
I was able to schedule a pre-purchase inspection in a pinch since I was tight on time and by the end of the day I knew I should avoid that car at all costs. Antonia and Devon looked out for me, setting me on the right path to take the time to look at a car that I didn't think I was interested in.
Another pre-purchase inspection later, I knew what the car needed and felt confident about purchasing the car. Without them I might have ended up with a lemon going into debt to keep myself on the road safely.
I’ve scheduled another appointment to have the work done and get her ready for a cross country trek! Thank you for all of your help and thankful to be have found some honest folks who went above and beyond to help me find the right car for me. I'll be back no doubt.
